摘要: The present invention includes a piston valve for charging and discharging a first fluid chamber. The piston valve includes a piston shaft and a ring comprising a seal element. The piston shaft has a first end and a second end with the first end including a counter bore having at least one vent. The ring is disposed within a cylinder and the seal element is disposed intermediate the piston shaft and the ring. The piston valve may be used for intensification purposes such as in a high pressure high temperature hydraulic cartridge.

A planar end of a cemented metal carbide segment is brazed to an interfacial surface of the steel base axially opposed to the shank. At least one interruption is formed in the interfacial surface.

摘要: In one aspect of the present invention, a pick comprises a forward end and rearward end. The forward end comprises a shearing cutter and the rearward end comprises a shank. The shank and the shearing cutter are arranged co-axially about a central axis. The shearing cutter is supported by an enlarged section that narrows towards the shearing cutter and that has a greater cross section than the shank along a plane substantially perpendicular to the central axis. The shearing cutter comprises a flat surface that is substantially perpendicular to the central axis.

摘要: In one aspect of the invention, a high impact resistant tool having a superhard bonded to a cemented metal carbide substrate at a non-planar interface. The superhard material has a substantially pointed geometry with a sharp apex having 0.050 to 0.125 inch radius. The superhard material also has a 0.100 to 0.500 inch thickness from the apex to the non-planar interface. The diamond material comprises a 1 to 5 percent concentration of binding agents by weight.

摘要: A high impact resistant pick in a holder having a super hard material bonded to a cemented metal carbide substrate at a non-planar interface. The cemented metal carbide substrate is bonded to a front end of a cemented metal carbide bolster. A bore is formed in a base end of the carbide bolster generally opposed to the front end. A steel shank being fitted into the bore of the bolster at a bolster end of the shank, and a portion of the shank is disposed within a bore of the holder at a holder end of the shank.
