Abstract: A slide module for a slide type electronic device includes a slide base having two opposite slide edges curling inside to form two longitudinal roll edges. A pair of slide rails are provided with a pair of slick guide recesses. The guide recess receives one roll edge sliding along the guide recess. A locating recess is defined above the guide recess. A guide hole is defined in the slide rail passing therethrough. A slide tray defines a pair of fixed blades located in the locating recesses respectively at two sides thereof. A torsion spring has two free ends. The first end is connected to the slide base and the second end is connected to the slide tray. A pair of guide rods are inserted in the guide holes respectively and equipped in both sides of the slide base. The guide rod slides along the guide hole.

Abstract: A forging mold includes a female mold and a male mold coupling with the female mold. The female mold includes an external mold defining an accommodating groove for receiving an internal mold and a pressing block therein, and a first fixing hole penetrating through the external mold and connected with the accommodating groove. The pressing block has a gap opened at a bottom portion thereof and adjacent to the internal mold. The internal mold has a base body and a blocking protrusion protruded from a bottom portion of the base body to be pressed in the gap. A first fixing element is screwed into the first fixing hole of the external mold with a distal end thereof resisting against the pressing block to further press the pressing block towards the internal mold so as to secure the internal mold and the pressing block in the accommodating groove.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of probe pins assembled in the insulating housing, a magnetic block, a metal shell and a piece of mylar. The insulating housing has a base and a tongue extending frontward from a front of the base. The magnetic block is of a unitary block and has an inserting hole penetrating longitudinally therethrough and matching with the tongue. The metal shell is assembled rearward through the tongue to enclose the base, and the magnetic block sheathes the tongue in the inserting hole and abuts against the metal shell. A front end of the tongue further stretches beyond a front surface of the magnetic block. The mylar is sticked on the front surface of the magnetic block and defines a positioning window for positioning the front end of the tongue therein.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pogo-pin connector which includes an insulated body, at least one pogo-pin terminal, at least one insulative sleeve, at least one conductive terminal, at least one receiving pedestal and at least one spring part. A pogo-pin terminal slot and a conductive terminal slot are defined through insulated body. Each of the pogo-pin terminals has a top end movably protruded beyond the pogo-pin terminal slot and a bottom end defining a slotted hole toward an inside of the pogo-pin terminal. The insulative sleeve is removably fastened at the bottom end of the pogo-pin terminal. The conductive terminal is disposed within the conductive terminal slot. A receiving pedestal is used to seal the bottom end of the pogo-pin terminal slot. In accordance with the configuration of the insulative sleeve, an arcing effect occurring between the pogo-pin connector and a complementary connector can be avoided.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an electrical connector that is soldered on a circuit board. The circuit board has an opening recess having a hooking recess extending forward and outward and formed at each of two side edges of the opening recess. Two side walls of shell of the electrical connector are punched to form flexible fixing pieces, which extend forward and outward, respectively. A track groove is formed in front or rear of the flexible fixing piece in each of the two side walls of the shell. The circuit board can be inserted into the track grooves, and the flexible fixing pieces can be flexibly held in the hooking recesses. The present invention can economize spaces at both sides as well as reduce volume of the electrical connector by engaging the flexible fixing pieces and the hooking recesses, and engaging the track grooves and the circuit board.

Abstract: A probe connector adapted for fastening a cable thereto includes an insulating housing and a plurality of probe pin assemblies. The insulating housing defines a plurality of fastening openings and inserting holes penetrating therethrough. The probe pin assembly includes a shell, a plunger and an elastic element assembled in the shell. The shell has a barrel partly received in the inserting hole, and a box-shaped base shell received in the fastening opening. The base shell has a rear plate extending rearward. The rear plate extends rearward to form a connecting piece of which two opposite side edges define two clipping pieces capable of being bent towards each other to clip a core wire of the cable therebetween. The plunger partially projects out of the barrel and the inserting hole. Then the rear plate is bent downward to make the probe pin assembly be a right-angled shape.

Abstract: A probe connector includes a positioning shell having a barrel of which a bottom is sealed up by a base board and a top is opened freely, a probe pin having a connecting portion movably inserted in the barrel and a touching portion extending upward from a top of the connecting portion, an elastic element assembled between the connecting portion and the base board, and a pedestal body having an inserting space opened thereon. A top periphery edge of the barrel is shrunk inward to form a blocking eave blocking the connecting portion in the barrel, with the touching portion projecting upward out of the positioning shell. A bottom of the base board protrudes downward to form a positioning pillar. The pedestal body is removably assembled under the base board by means of the positioning pillar inserted in the inserting space.

Abstract: A connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of terminals assembled in the insulating housing, and a shielding shell curved from a metal plate to show a substantially rectangular tubular shape with a receiving space therein. Two free ends of the metal plate are acted as a pair of jointing plates end-to-end jointed with each other. Two end edges of the jointing plates jointed together each have a portion bent downward beyond a level plane of the jointing plates and then extended overstride the joint of the jointing plates to form a reinforcing portion. The reinforcing portion of one jointing plate is superposed against a bottom face of the other jointing plate and further welded with the other jointing plate together to ensure the jointing plates firmly jointed with each other. The insulating housing with the terminals is inserted rearward in the receiving space of the shielding shell.
