摘要： A system for loading a program in a distributed system including a plurality of information processing units interconnected by a transmission system comprises an information processing unit for preparing a program and sending the program to the transmission system, another information processing unit having means for receiving the program from the transmission system and storing the program in a memory in accordance with a content of the program, and means for retrieving a program based on program structural information, which program corresponds to the program structural information, and sending the retrieved program to the transmission system, and other information processing units each having means for sending the program structural information to the transmission system and means for selecting a corresponding program from the transmission system and loading the selected program in the unit.

摘要： In a system which includes of subsystems, and a transmission medium for coupling them, and in which a token is sent to the transmission medium, whereby the transmission medium is occupied; a transmission control method characterized, at least, in that each of the certain subsystems appends a code indicative of a function of certain data to the token and sends the resulting data to the medium, and that the subsystem receiving the data refers to the code indicative of the function of the data, thereby to independently judge whether or not the data is to be accepted into the own subsystem.

摘要： A file editing method and a system therefor is used in a file editing system for sequentially connecting the files, which are stored in memory devices of a plurality of distributed devices connected to a common signal transmission line, to an edition data flowing on the common signal transmission line. Each of the devices sends a structuring message having the combination and order of the files to be connected to the common signal transmission line; judges whether or not its own file is contained in files to be edited on the basis of the structuring message and its own connection information when it receives the structuring message; sends a response message having the information of the file to the common signal transmission line if its own file is contained; and structures a connection information required for the file edition in itself on the basis of the structuring message in case it is confirmed through the message that all the files to be edited exist in the system. As a result, the file edition for editing a desired combination of files can be structured even if the whole structure of the files of the system is unknown, and the file edition can be structured by contracting or expanding devices even if the structure of the files fluctuates.

摘要： In a method for checking consistency of distributed data in which data distributedly stored in a plurality of devices connected to a common data transmission line are sequentially combined, each device sends out to the data transmission line output data accompanied with information indicating a position of a processed result in the output data, and the device which receives redundant data compares collected redundant data to select a correct data by comparing only the portion of the data which was lastly added in accordance with the information accompanying the data.
