    摘要: Disclosed herein are a method and an apparatus to identify alpha-emitting radionuclides and to measure absolute alpha radioactivity using a low temperature detector. A 4π metallic absorber which encloses a radioactive material containing alpha-emitting radionuclides absorbs the total alpha decay energy in the form of thermal energy. The corresponding temperature changes are measured by a low temperature detector attached to the 4π absorber with high energy resolution. The identification of alpha-emitting radionuclides is declared by comparing the measured temperature signal with characteristic decay energy of radionuclides. The absolute amount of the radionuclides is determined by counting the number of the pulses for each of the identified nuclides.

    摘要: At the time of a program of a NAND flash memory device, a re-program is performed on a cell connected to the last word line after program and program verification are completed. Thus, threshold voltage distributions of the cell connected to the last word line can be controlled to have a narrow width in the same manner as that of other cells. It is therefore possible to secure the read margin of a chip and to improve the yield. Accordingly, the durability and reliability of devices can be improved by threshold voltage distributions controlled to have a narrow width as described above.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a light guide plate for keypad backlight panels, which is mounted at the rear of a keypad having numerals or characters printed thereon for supplying light emitted from a light source mounted at one side of the keypad to the keypad. The light guide plate is made of polycarbonate and is provided at the rear surface thereof with a concave-convex pattern, the density of which is increased as pattern elements of the pattern become more distant from the light source, such that light emitted from the light source is reflected and is uniformly supplied to the keypad, the pattern being formed on the light guide plate by hot stamping, injection molding, or micro blasting. The density of the pattern is adjusted by adjusting the distance between the pattern elements of the pattern or by adjusting the size of the pattern elements of the pattern. Consequently, it is possible to manufacture a keypad module in a slim structure or a curved structure. It is also possible to manufacture a keypad module that is capable of uniformly supplying light.

    摘要: A vehicle levelling device includes a vehicle body with a rear section and a rear axle carried under the rear section of the vehicle body to provide support therefor. A support yoke is hingedly mounted to the vehicle body for pivotal movement about a transverse axis in a vertical plane. The support yoke holds the rear axle in a manner that the rear axle can rotate about a longitudinal axis. A hydraulic cylinder is attached to the vehicle body at a first end and to the support yoke at a second end so that it can be operated to lower or raise the rear section of the vehicle body with respect to the rear axle to thereby bring a tilted forklift into a horizontal position. Operation of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by an electronic controller which in turn receives a tilt signal from a tilt sensor.
