    摘要: An electric vehicle includes a ladder frame and a driving unit, the driving unit including a motor that generates driving force to be transmitted to an axle of the electric vehicle and a transmission mechanism that shifts the driving force passed from the motor. The electric vehicle further includes a motor housing that accommodates the motor of the driving unit, a leaf spring that suspends the axle from the electric vehicle, a first coupling part that couples the ladder frame to the motor housing, and a second coupling part that is integrated with the first coupling part and that couples the ladder frame to an end part of the leaf spring. The second coupling part has a rib-shaped portion that protrudes outward in the vehicle width direction and that is connected to the end part the leaf spring.

    摘要: A vehicle suspension system can include a trunnion tube positioned between two axles, and at least one spring set attached to the axles and rotatably attached to the trunnion tube. An outer diameter of the trunnion tube can be substantially equal to an outer diameter of the axles. In another example, two of the trunnion stands can be positioned entirely between two of the spring sets and welded to the trunnion tube. In yet another example, a ratio of a distance between axle centers to an outer diameter of the trunnion tube can be less than 11 to 1. In a further example, the trunnion tube and the axles may be made of a same material. In a still further example, a ratio of the outer diameter of the trunnion tube to a wall thickness of a bushing on the trunnion tube can be greater than 9 to 1.

    摘要: A trailer suspension system has an axle, a pair of frame hanger brackets, dual trailing arm beams, and a spring. The pair of frame hanger brackets are mounted spaced apart underneath the trailer. The dual trailing arm beams are connected rigidly to the axle at one end and resiliently connected to a respective one of the frame hanger brackets with a pivot means bushing at the other end. The spring intermediate the trailing arm beam and the trailer to support the trailer load. Wherein, the axle connection center is the center of the patch that connects the axle to the longitudinal trailing arm beam, thereby reducing the stress on the axle as well as increasing the stability of the suspension system.
