摘要: Disclosed is an injector which comprises an injector housing having a longitudinal axis and an injection probe disposed along the longitudinal axis. The injector further comprises an intraocular lens disposed in the housing. The intraocular lens comprises first and second interconnected viewing elements, and the optical axes of the first and second viewing elements are substantially aligned. The optical axes are substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the housing. The injector further comprises a lens carrier which engages one of the viewing elements. The viewing elements are moveable in response to longitudinal movement of the lens carrier relative to the injector housing. The longitudinal movement causes both (i) the optical axes to be displaced relative to each other and (ii) the viewing elements to be disposed substantially on the longitudinal axis of the injector housing.

摘要: A three-dimensional (3D) ornamental light has an axis, multiple loop casings and multiple pairs of connectors. The loop casings are pervious to light and are mounted rotatably on each other in a concentric arrangement. Each loop casing has an outer edge, a cavity, multiple relief bumps and multiple lighting elements. The relief bumps are formed irregularly on the outer surface of the loop casing. The lighting elements are mounted in the cavity. Each pair of the connectors is mounted on two adjacent loop casings, rotatably connects the adjacent loop casings together. The connectors of each pair are located respectively at the tip ends of each of the adjacent loop casings. With the connectors, the loop casings may rotate to locate respectively at different angular positions according to the axis to perform various visual effects.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a low profile catheter valve comprising a movable sealer portion positioned within the inflation lumen of a catheter. The sealer portion forms a fluid tight seal with the inflation lumen by firmly contacting the entire circumference of a section of the inflation lumen. The sealer portion may be positioned proximally of a side-access inflation port on the catheter, to establish an unrestricted fluid pathway between the inflation port and an inflatable balloon on the distal end of the catheter. As desired, the clinician may move the sealer portion to a position distal of the inflation port, thereby preventing any fluid from being introduced into or withdrawn from the balloon via the inflation port. Also disclosed herein is an inflation adaptor for moving the sealer portion within the catheter to establish or close the fluid pathway between the inflation port and the inflatable balloon.

Each first tube assembly has a first connecting tube, a first rotating alignment element, a guiding element and a male connector. Each of the at least one second tube assembly has a second connecting tube, a second rotating alignment element and a female connector. A resilient pressing portion is formed between the male and female connectors to perform tight engagement therebetween.
