The control unit includes a detector for detecting an operating parameter of the driving unit responsive to load onto the working implement, and a powering unit for varying the electrical powering of the driving unit in response to a detected change of the value of the operating parameter such that speed and/or amplitude and/or frequency of the working implement is changed from an idling value to an operation value.

    摘要： A handheld blender, such as, for example, an immersion blender, includes a motor assembly and a tool assembly releasably connectable to the motor assembly. The tool assembly includes a tool shaft and a tool shank rotatably receiving the tool shaft. The motor assembly has a drive shaft and an approximately U-shaped expansion clamp. The tool shaft is structured to be non-rotatably coupled to the drive shaft when the tool assembly is connected to the motor assembly. The tool shank has a mounting groove, wherein the tool assembly is connected to the motor assembly by the approximately U-shaped expansion clamp engaging the mounting groove of the tool shank. To release the tool shank, the expansion clamp is displaced by a push button in the direction of an opposite push button having expansion surfaces on which the legs of the expansion clamp ride up, thus disengaging the expansion clamp from the mounting groove. To urge the tool shank away from the motor assembly, the push buttons have beveled surfaces.

The handle includes an elongated housing for receiving functional components of the appliance; and a control unit or an electric power supply. The housing includes at least two tube-shaped housing parts connected to each other at end portions thereof. The end portions of the housing parts have substantially the same diameter such that end surfaces of the housing parts abut against each other or against the annular sealing element.
