    摘要: A compound semiconductor epitaxial substrate having a pseudomorphic high electron mobility field effect transistor structure which comprises an InGaAs layer as a channel layer 9 and an InGaP layer containing n-type impurities as a front side electron supplying layer 12, wherein an electron mobility in the InGaAs layer at room temperature (300 K) has become 8000 cm2/V·s or more by growing an epitaxial substrate having a pseudomorphic HEMT structure with an In composition of the channel layer 9 increased. Front side spacer layers 10 and 11 between the channel layer 9 and the front side electron supplying layer 12 may also be InGaP layers.

    摘要: An interface converter for mutually converting between a first serial interface, such as RS-232-C interface, and a second serial interface, such as RS-422-A interface. The interface converter includes a second connector being connectable directly to a first connector attached to the first serial interface and a plurality of third connectors, each of which has a terminal arrangement matched to the second serial interface. The interface converter further includes a first receiving circuit for the first serial interface connected to the second connector, a first transmitting circuit for the second serial interface interconnecting the first receiving circuit with the third connectors, a second receiving circuit for the second serial interface connected to the third connectors, and a second transmitting circuit for the first serial interface interconnecting the second receiving circuit with the second connector. The first transmitting circuit and the second receiving circuit are controlled by control lines from the second connector via the first receiving circuit.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, an image processing apparatus connected to an external memory and a cache memory. The apparatus includes a counter, a coordinate calculator, a tag checker, a pixel referring module, a pixel value calculator and an outputting module. The counter determines a converted coordinate according to a predetermined execution sequence. The coordinate calculator calculates a unconverted coordinate used to calculate a converted pixel value located at the converted coordinate. The tag checker generates a conversion request to calculate the converted pixel value with reference to an unconverted pixel located at the unconverted coordinate. The pixel referring module reads the unconverted pixel from the cache memory based on the conversion request when the unconverted pixel is stored in the cache memory. The pixel value calculator calculates the converted pixel value with reference to the read unconverted pixel. The outputting module writes the converted pixel having the calculated converted pixel value into the external memory.
