    Abstract: A communication method includes: determining, by a first base station, a first time adjustment parameter, where the first time adjustment parameter is determined based on a time sequence of a first subframe, and the first subframe is a transmission subframe between the first base station and a second base station; and sending, by the first base station, the first time adjustment parameter to a terminal, where the first time adjustment parameter is used by the terminal to determine a timing of a second subframe, and the second subframe is a transmission subframe between the terminal and the first base station. A micro base station sends a time adjustment parameter to a terminal, and the terminal determines a timing of a micro access link subframe, to implement space division multiplexing of a backhaul link and a micro access link.

    Abstract: This application provides a pilot signal transmission method, a base station, and user equipment. A dedicated demodulation pilot signal and a common demodulation pilot signal in a TTI may be configured on different resource blocks of the TTI. The method in embodiments of the present invention includes: determining, by a base station, a resource location that is in a TTI and that is used to send a pilot signal, where the pilot signal includes a common demodulation pilot signal and a dedicated demodulation pilot signal, and the dedicated demodulation pilot signal and the common demodulation pilot signal are located on different resource blocks of the TTI; and sending, by the base station, the pilot signal at the resource location used to send the pilot signal.

    Abstract: A first access network device determines a timing offset of a first carrier and a second carrier. The timing offset is an offset between timing of downlink communication of the first carrier and timing of uplink communication of the second carrier. The first carrier is a carrier using a first radio access technology (RAT), and the second carrier is an uplink frequency division duplex (FDD) carrier using the first RAT and a second RAT. The first access network device sends first indication information to a terminal. The first indication information indicates the timing offset, and the timing offset is used to determine the timing of the second carrier. Based on this scheme, the terminal can use a shared frequency band resource of LTE, thereby improving resource utilization.
