Abstract: An information transmission method and a device are provided. The method includes: receiving antenna port grouping information from a terminal device, where the antenna port grouping information includes information about at least one antenna port group of the terminal device and information about at least one antenna port included in each antenna port group; sending indication information to the terminal device based on the antenna port grouping information, where the indication information is used to indicate an antenna port group set used by the terminal device to transmit uplink information at a first moment, the antenna port group set includes at least one first antenna port group, and the first antenna port group is one of antenna port groups indicated by the antenna port grouping information. The terminal device is prevented from continuously sending uplink information on a blocked antenna port.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method. A first network device configures power configuration information for each of at least two precoding matrix groups, and sends the power configuration information to a second network device. The power configuration information is used to indicate a power configuration of a corresponding precoding matrix group of the at least two precoding matrix groups, and the at least two precoding matrix groups belong to a same resource used to measure channel state information CSI. When the second network device performs CSI measurement, different power values of different precoding matrix groups can be considered, thereby increasing accuracy of the CSI measurement.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel state information measurement method, including: receiving, by user equipment, configuration information for channel state information measurement from a radio network device, where the configuration information includes information about a resource for channel state information measurement and indicates information about a measurement attribute of the resource, and the measurement attribute includes channel measurement, or X types of interference measurement, or channel measurement and X types of interference measurement, where X is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and measuring, by the user equipment, channel state information based on the configuration information, and feeding back the channel state information. The method is intended to meet different requirements for channel state information measurement in different scenarios of coordinated multipoint in a future network.

Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus are provided. A terminal device obtains an antenna port allocation result indicating a first antenna port set and a second antenna port set. The terminal device receives first data transmitted on an antenna port in the first antenna port set, and receives second data transmitted on an antenna port in the second antenna port set.

Abstract: A signal scrambling method and apparatus, and a signal descrambling method and apparatus are disclosed. In the signal scrambling method, a communications apparatus scrambles a signal by using a scrambling sequence, and sends the scrambled signal. In the signal descrambling method, a communications apparatus receives a signal, and descrambles the signal by using a scrambling sequence. An initial value of the scrambling sequence is determined based on a time unit number corresponding to a frame structure parameter used for transmitting the signal, so that different scrambling sequences can be used to scramble signals that are transmitted by using different frame structure parameters. Therefore, interference randomization can be implemented for signal scrambling, and this can be applicable to various application scenarios in 5G NR to improve performance.
