Abstract: A semi-persistent scheduling method includes: determining a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration parameter, where the SPS configuration parameter includes an SPS period length, symbol information, and an SPS activation command, where the SPS activation command is used to indicate a system frame number and a subframe number of a first time-frequency resource available for sending or receiving SPS data, and the symbol information is used to indicate a location of a symbol that is in a subframe and that is occupied by the first time-frequency resource; determining resource locations of time-frequency resources available for sending or receiving the SPS data based on the SPS period length, the symbol information, and the SPS activation command; and sending, by the network device, the SPS configuration parameter to a terminal device. Resource utilization of semi-persistent scheduling can be improved, and a transmission delay of the SPS data can be reduced.

Abstract: A method for detecting a message loop, a routing agent apparatus, and a networking system. The method for detecting a message loop includes: receiving a request message sent by a network element apparatus; acquiring routing information for sending the request message to a server apparatus; detecting whether a next-hop link for sending the request message in the routing information and a link for receiving the request message belong to a same link set; and sending a response to the network element apparatus that a message loop is detected, when it is detected that the link for sending the request message in the routing information and the link for receiving the request message belong to a same link set. The technical solutions disclosed herein can improve the efficiency of detecting the message loop and thus have strong practicability.

Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communications device. The method includes: A first device receives a first message sent by a second device. The first message is used to indicate a bearer configuration of a bearer of the first device and an initial status of the bearer configuration, and the bearer configuration includes a first bearer configuration and/or a second bearer configuration. The first device determines the bearer configuration and the initial status of the bearer configuration based on the first message. According to the technical solutions in embodiments of this application, a bearer configuration of a terminal device and an initial status of the bearer configuration of the terminal can be indicated. Because both the bearer configuration of a bearer of the terminal and the initial status of the bearer configuration of the terminal are indicated, communication efficiency is improved.

Abstract: A communication method, a communications apparatus, and a storage medium, used for a terminal device. The method includes: receiving system information from a first cell, where the system information includes first information; and performing cell selection or cell reselection based on the first information. In the embodiments, assistance information, such as a receiving capability of a network device or a sending capability of the terminal device, may be added to the system information. The assistance information includes the first information, so that when performing the cell selection or the cell reselection, the terminal device considers more determining conditions, to prevent some terminal devices with a low sending capability from camping on an NTN that cannot work.
