An image forming apparatus of the present invention includes a unit (18), a high-voltage board (36), a connecting member (43) and a holding member (44). The connecting member (43) is arranged in a current path from the high-voltage board (36) to the unit (18). The holding member (44) holds the connecting member (43). The connecting member (43) includes a spring terminal (68) and a protruding part (69). The protruding part (69) protrudes from the spring terminal (68) to an outer diameter side. The holding member (44) includes a housing (83) and a locking part (91). The housing (83) houses the spring terminal (68). The locking part (91) is arranged integrally with the housing (83). When the locking part (91) locks the protruding part (69), movement of the spring terminal (68) in an axial center direction is restricted.

An image forming apparatus includes a fixed contact point and a movable contact point. The fixed contact point is provided in a unit side opposing part. A movable contact point is provided in a rail side opposing part. The rail side opposing part is formed with an opening. The movable contact point is a contact spring formed of an electrical conductive wire. The movable contact point has a fixing part, a contact part and a pull-out prevention part. The fixing part is fixed to the rail on an opposite side to the rail side opposing part. The contact part is biased with respect to the fixing part to protrude toward the fixed contact point through the opening. The pull-out prevention part restricts a protruding position of the contact part toward the fixed contact point. The pull-out prevention part is formed into a spiral shape.

An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus main body and a board holding member. The apparatus main body includes an image forming part. The board holding member is attached to the apparatus main body and configured to have a surface to which a board is fixed. The apparatus main body includes an engaging part and a supporting part. The engaging part is configured to engage with a side edge part of the board holding member. The supporting part is configured to support a part closer to an inside than the side edge part of the board holding member. The board holding member is rotated around the side edge part as a fulcrum so as to be opened and closed with respect to the apparatus main body.

A fixing device includes a fixing member, a pressing member and a separating member. The fixing member is provided with a sheet passing region and a non-sheet passing region. The separating member has a separating plate and a restricting piece. The restricting piece is provided with a curving surface on a region including the contacting portion with the non-sheet passing region. The curving surface has a first curving area and a second curving area. The first curving area is provided on a downstream side from the contacting portion in a rotating direction of the fixing member. The second curving area is provided on an upstream side from the contacting portion in the rotating direction of the fixing member. The second curving area has a radius of curvature larger than that of the first curving area.

A fixing device includes an auxiliary duct. The auxiliary duct is provided between a cover member attached to a coil bobbin so as to cover a magnetic core and a coil, and a core holder provided opposing to the coil bobbin, to which the magnetic core is attached. The auxiliary duct communicates with an intake hole provided at one end in a longitudinal direction of the cover member, and has opening holes overlapping with some of holder opening portions formed on the core holder. The fixing device causes air to flow into between the core holder and the coil bobbin via the auxiliary duct and the holder opening portions from the intake hole, and discharges the air warmed by heat of the coil from an exhaust hole formed at the other end of the cover member, thereby adjusting the flowing amount of air in a longitudinal direction of the coil.
