    摘要: A receptacle connector adapted for engaging with a plug connector includes an inner insulating housing, a plurality of terminals integrally molded to the inner insulating housing, a shielding shell, a waterproof plate and an outer insulating housing. The shielding shell is looped from a first metal plate with an inserting space being formed therein. The inner insulating housing together with the terminals is inserted into the inserting space. The shielding shell defines two buckling holes. The waterproof plate is made of a second metal plate thinner than the first metal plate in thickness, and is fastened on the shielding shell. Two opposite sides of the waterproof plate are punched upward to form two receiving hats corresponding to the two buckling holes. The outer insulating housing is integrally molded around the shielding shell, the waterproof plate and the inner insulating housing with soldering portions of the terminals projected outside.

    摘要: An audio jack connector includes an insulating body and a plurality of contacts. The insulating body has a main body and a mating portion integrally formed at one end of the main body. A mating hole crosses through the mating portion and extends into the main body. A plurality of contact grooves is defined in the insulating body. Each contact groove communicates with the mating hole and each contact groove communicates with outside. Each contact has a holding part, a touching part and a compression part. The holding part of the contact is held in the corresponding contact groove. The compression part extends out the insulating body. The touching part extends into the mating hole. Wherein one of the contact grooves communicates with the mating hole through the mating portion, and the touching part of the contacts extends into the mating hole through the mating portion.

    摘要: An audio jack connector includes an insulating housing and a first set and a second set of conductive contacts. A plurality of recesses is provided in the insulating housing. Each contact has a fixing portion, a contacting portion and an elastic compressing portion. The first and second sets of conductive contacts are received in the plurality of recesses, the elastic compressing portions of the first set of conductive contacts is located at a middle position of a lateral wall of the insulating housing; the elastic compressing portions of the second set of conductive contacts are located at a middle position of the opposite laterally wall of the insulating housing. While the audio jack connector is assembled with an external printed circuit board having a gap, the audio jack connector embedded into the gap, so the assembly height of the audio jack connector is reduced.

    摘要: A SIM card connector includes a housing base and a card ejection mechanism. The housing base has a pair of sidewalls, a front notch and a rear notch recessed in the sidewall. The card ejection mechanism includes a cover slidably mounted on the housing base to form a receiving cavity for receiving a SIM card. The cover has a pair of side panels to enclose the sidewalls. According to an aspect of the invention, the side panel defines a sliding slot. The sidewall forms a locating block received in the sliding slot to guide the sliding of the cover and prevent the cover from further sliding when the locating block engages with the ends of the sliding slot. According to another aspect of the invention, the front and rear ends of the housing base respectively form a stopping bar and a stopping block to prevent the cover from further sliding. The side panel further provides a hook which engages with the front notch when the SIM card is fully inserted in the receiving cavity to prevent the cover from moving backward or engages with the rear notch when the SIM card is pushed out from the receiving cavity to prevent the cover from moving forward.
