摘要： A storage device for storing photographic exposure information employs a closed-loop analog-to-digital (A-D) converter circuit includes a counter and a digital-to-analog (D-A) converter. The influence of erroneous signals which are created at the output of the D-A converter when the exposure information is stored in the counter is eliminated. The D-A converter circuit employs a ladder network of coarse accuracy. The stored exposure value, however, is highly accurate because of the closed-loop nature of the A-D converter circuit. Means responsive to the stored value for operating the exposure system of the camera are disclosed.

摘要： An automatic exposure control system for cameras of flash photographic capabilities which is switched to either of the daylight or the mode depending upon whether or not a storage capacitor across which a flash tube is connected is sufficiently charged. The system comprises first and second computers for deriving daylight and flash exposure aperture values respectively, a diaphragm control circuit selectively receptive of the outputs of the computers through a first switch, first and second timing circuits for providing daylight and flash exposure times respectively, and a shutter control circuit selectively receptive of the outputs of the timing circuits through a second switch. The system is characterized in the use of a single mode selection actuator which is common to the first and second switches and which causes an automatic selection of the flash mode when the camera release occurs after the attainment of the voltage of the storage capacitor to the normal firing level. Thus, it is made possible to prevent occurrence of an event where the flash tube is actuated for firing with the simultaneous occurrence of selection of the flash exposure time, while the daylight exposure aperture remains effective, as the storage capacitor voltage reaches the normal firing level at a point in time during the daylight exposure operation.

摘要： A power supply circuit for a camera wherein a detection circuit which detects the voltage of a power source is provided for supplying an electric power to the electric circuit of the camera only when the detected voltage is above a preset value.In the power supply circuit, the power supply is controlled by a detection output obtained after a voltage detecting action is performed in a stable condition by the detection circuit. The power source voltage is detected in a manner suitable for the characteristic of the battery employed. Further, the voltage detection is performed only momentarily to prevent unnecessary power consumption for voltage detection.

摘要： In a shutter-time-preference single lens reflex camera, in which the shutter time control is done with a predetermined shutter time, and diaphragm value is determined by an output information of a photometric means which measures a transmission light of a photographing lens and the above predetermined shutter time information, a camera actuating means provided in the camera body is put into operation through a magnet means provided in the camera body so that the aperture of the photographing is controlled in accordance with the above predetermined diaphragm value, and then the shutter time control is performed. Further, the camera includes an electric driving device and the driving of the electric driving device is controlled by a safety switch which, in turn, is controlled for its ON and OFF conditions by the completion of the exposure operations such as the operation of the shutter rear screen.

摘要： A camera having an automatic diaphragm control range where the exposure value derived from an exposure control circuit is introduced to a diaphragm mechanism through a scanning mechanism. The termination of scanning operation is electromagnetically effected by an arresting device comprising an electromagnet, an arresting lever carrying an armature, a first spring connected to the arresting lever to urge the armature for movement toward the electromagnet, a driving lever pivotal about a common shaft of the arresting lever and arranged to cooperate with a cocking and release member, a second spring connected to the driving lever and having a stronger force than the first spring by a magnitude necessary to permit the arresting operation of the arresting lever against the first spring, and a transmitting pin mounted on the arresting lever and extending into the range of movement of the driving lever at a point where the driving lever in the cocked position is spaced apart from the pin by a distance large enough to insure that the armature is brought into intimate contact with the electromagnet yoke under the same conditions each time the scanning mechanism is reset as the camera is cocked. The transmitting pin also serves as a position-adjusting means in order to insure that the time interval between the deenergization of the electromagnet and the initiation of arresting operation of the arresting lever by the driving lever is minimized and made uniform from camera to camera to improve the accuracy of diaphragm control.
