    Abstract: A first wireless device receives, from a base station, configuration parameters for a resource allocation mode 1 of a sidelink bearer between the first wireless device and a second wireless device. The first wireless device receives, from the base station, at least one parameter indicating the sidelink bearer to transition from the resource allocation mode 1 to a resource allocation mode 2. The first wireless device transmits, to the second wireless device, transport blocks via the sidelink bearer based on the resource allocation mode 2.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, a wireless device receives a radio resource control (RRC) release message including an identifier of a first synchronization signal block (SSB) among a plurality of SSBs and one or more resource parameters of an uplink resource, corresponding to the first SSB, for use in an RRC inactive state. The wireless device transmits a transport block via the uplink resource, based on determining that the uplink resource is valid for use in the RRC inactive state. The wireless device determines that the uplink resource is valid based on a beam measurement value of the first SSB being higher than or equal to a first threshold.

    Abstract: A first base station receives, from a second base station, a request message indicating a small data transmission (SDT) procedure of a wireless device. The first base station sends, to the second base station, an indication that the first base station keeps a context of the wireless device. The first base station receives, from the wireless device via the second base station, uplink data associated with the SDT procedure. The first base station receives, from the second base station, a message comprising an indication of completion of the SDT procedure, and determines, based on receiving the message, to complete the SDT procedure. The first base station sends, to the second base station and based on completion of the SDT procedure, a radio resource control (RRC) release message for the wireless device.

    Abstract: A gateway mobile location center (GMLC) may include processor(s) and memory storing instructions. The instructions, when executed by the processor(s), may cause the GMLC to perform operations that include receiving, from a location services (LCS) client, a request for a capability of a positioning service level for a wireless device. The operations may also include receiving, from a network function, a second message indicating at least one of: a positioning capability of the wireless device; and a positioning capability of at least one base station. The operations may further include determining the capability of the positioning service level for the wireless device, based on the second message. The operations may additionally include sending, by the GMLC to the LCS client, a response that includes the capability of the positioning service level. The capability of the positioning service level may include a parameter indicating an absolute or a relative positioning.
