    Abstract: An AMF receives, from a wireless device, a first registration request message for a first access path of an access type via a first access node. The AMF determines a common security context for the wireless device and sends, to the first access node, a first access stratum (AS) key, wherein the first AS key is based on a first value associated with the first access path and the common security context. The AMF receives, from the wireless device a second registration request message for a second access path of the access type via a second access node, and sends, to the second access node, a second AS key, wherein the second AS key is based on a second value associated with the second access path and the common security context.

    Abstract: A first base station receives, from a second base station, a request message indicating a small data transmission (SDT) procedure of a wireless device. The first base station sends, to the second base station, an indication that the first base station keeps a context of the wireless device. The first base station receives, from the wireless device via the second base station, uplink data associated with the SDT procedure. The first base station receives, from the second base station, a message comprising an indication of completion of the SDT procedure, and determines, based on receiving the message, to complete the SDT procedure. The first base station sends, to the second base station and based on completion of the SDT procedure, a radio resource control (RRC) release message for the wireless device.

    Abstract: A gateway mobile location center (GMLC) may include processor(s) and memory storing instructions. The instructions, when executed by the processor(s), may cause the GMLC to perform operations that include receiving, from a location services (LCS) client, a request for a capability of a positioning service level for a wireless device. The operations may also include receiving, from a network function, a second message indicating at least one of: a positioning capability of the wireless device; and a positioning capability of at least one base station. The operations may further include determining the capability of the positioning service level for the wireless device, based on the second message. The operations may additionally include sending, by the GMLC to the LCS client, a response that includes the capability of the positioning service level. The capability of the positioning service level may include a parameter indicating an absolute or a relative positioning.

    Abstract: A wireless device receives a radio resource control (RRC) message comprising configuration parameters for uplink resources associated with a small data transmission (SDT) procedure of the wireless device. The wireless device transmits, to a base station central unit (BS-CU) via the uplink resources of a base station distributed unit (BS-DU), an RRC resume request message for the SDT procedure, and uplink data associated with the SDT procedure. The wireless device receives, from the BS-CU to via the BS-DU, an RRC release message after the BS-CU receives a message indicating inactivity notification and completion of the SDT procedure.
