Abstract: A lift device includes a chassis having a first end and an opposing second end, a first actuator coupled to the first end, a second actuator coupled to the first end, a third actuator coupled to the opposing second end; and a fourth actuator coupled to the opposing second end. The first actuator and the second actuator are selectively engageable to facilitate providing active control of a first pitch adjustment and a first roll adjustment of the first end of the chassis. The third actuator and the fourth actuator are (i) selectively fluidly couplable to facilitate providing passive control of a second pitch adjustment and a second roll adjustment of the opposing second end of the chassis and (ii) selectively fluidly decouplable to facilitate providing active control of the second pitch adjustment and the second roll adjustment of the opposing second end of the chassis.

Abstract: A lift device includes a chassis, a boom pivotally coupled to the chassis, a first leveling assembly pivotally coupled to a first end of the chassis, a second leveling assembly pivotally coupled to an opposing second end of the chassis, and a control system. The first leveling assembly includes a first pair of actuators positioned to facilitate a first pitch adjustment and a first roll adjustment of the first end of the chassis. The second leveling assembly includes a second pair of actuators positioned to facilitate a second pitch adjustment and a second roll adjustment of the opposing second end of the chassis. The control system is configured to (i) actively control the first pair of actuators and the second pair of actuators during a first mode of operation, and (ii) actively control the first pair of actuators and facilitate passive control of the second pair of actuators during a second mode of operation.

The assembly includes a tractive element. Abstract: Systems and apparatuses include a platform charger for use with a lift, such as an aerial work platform (AWP) or mobile elevating work platform (MEWP). The platform charger includes an elevated platform, a ramp extending away from a first end of the platform, a battery, and an induction coil. The induction coil is received within the platform and positioned near an upper surface of the platform. The induction coil is configured to receive electricity from an energy source and generate a magnetic field that extends substantially upwardly, through the platform to objects positioned on the platform. The induction coil is also configured to act as an antenna, such that if the induction coil is positioned within an magnetic field, a current will be induced in the induction coil that can be used to recharge a battery associated with the platform charger.

Abstract: A telehandler includes a frame assembly, a series of tractive elements rotatably coupled to the frame assembly, a boom assembly, and an actuator selectively reconfigurable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. The boom assembly includes a lower boom section having a proximal end pivotably coupled to the frame assembly, an intermediate boom section pivotably coupled to a distal end of the lower boom section, and an upper boom section having a proximal end pivotably coupled to the intermediate boom section and a distal end configured to be coupled to an implement. The boom assembly is configured to move freely when the actuator is in the unlocked configuration. In the locked configuration, the actuator is positioned to couple the intermediate boom section to the frame assembly such that the actuator limits rotation of the lower boom section relative to the frame assembly.

Abstract: A telehandler includes a frame assembly, tractive elements, a cabin, a boom assembly, and a locking mechanism selectively reconfigurable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. The boom assembly includes a base boom section having a proximal end pivotably coupled to the frame assembly and a distal end opposite the proximal end, an intermediate boom section pivotably coupled to the distal end of the base boom section, and an upper boom section having a proximal end pivotably coupled to the intermediate boom section and a distal end configured to be coupled to an implement. The boom assembly is configured to move freely when the locking mechanism is in the unlocked configuration. In the locked configuration, the locking mechanism is configured to couple the intermediate boom section to the frame assembly such that the locking mechanism limits rotation of the base boom section relative to the frame assembly.

The platform includes a deck defining a top surface configured to support an operator. The stair assembly is selectively repositionable relative to the chassis between a stored position and a deployed position. The rear leveling assembly includes a first rear actuator and a second rear actuator. The first rear actuator and the second rear actuator are selectively engageable to facilitate providing active control of a rear pitch adjustment and a rear roll adjustment of the rear leveling assembly. The front leveling assembly includes a first front actuator and a second front actuator. The first front actuator and the second front actuator are (i) selectively fluidly couplable to facilitate providing passive control of a front pitch adjustment and a front roll adjustment of the front leveling assembly and (ii) selectively fluidly decouplable to facilitate providing active control of the front pitch adjustment and the front roll adjustment of the front leveling assembly.
