摘要： In a set of golf iron heads, one of the components for each of the heads is a face-piece forming at least a portion of a striking face of the head, the thickness of the face-piece increasing from the toe to the heel of the head in at least one iron of the set and increasing from the heel to the toe of the head in at least one other iron of the set. Alternatively, the thickness of the face-piece increases from the top edge to the sole in at least one head of the set, and increases from the sole to the top edge in at least one other head of the set.
