Abstract:
A liquid dispensing container includes a transparent or translucent vial. A base is secured to the vial and contains a light source and a battery source. The light source being monochromatic or outputting multiple colors in sequence. A switch is provided for selectively forming electrical engagement between the light source and the battery source. A printed circuit board interspersed between the light source and the battery source affords optional subcircuits including a timer, step-up voltage, or step-down voltage capabilities, or light source output color modulation.
Abstract:
A pillow is provided which includes a neck portion extending along a length of the pillow, and a head portion attached to the neck portion, the head portion divided into at least two head compartments. A filling material is provided within the neck and head portions. The pillow can also be embodied as a pillowcase having a first side, a second side, and an opening for receiving a pillow therein. Within at least one of the first side and second side, the pillowcase includes a neck portion extending along a length of the pillowcase, a head portion including at least two head compartments, and a filling material provided within the neck and head portions.
Abstract:
A battery charger amusement has a receptacle adapted to receive a rechargeable battery, an electronic circuit monitoring battery charge status, and a mechanical movement signal activated upon charge status attainment. The battery charger can include a motion actuator so as to move during the battery recharge process. The device is intended to encourage the use of rechargeable batteries over a disposable counterpart.

Abstract:
A multi-colored self-illuminating writing implement whereby one of a plurality of light sources contained within the housing of the writing implement is made selectable by the user as desired. The self-illuminating writing implement includes a marker mounted within the housing adjacent a marking end of the writing implement. A battery is also disposed within the housing for providing power to the selected light source. A plurality of light sources are mounted to a de-multiplexing switch that allows the user to selectively place one of the plurality of light sources in electrical communication with the battery mounted within the housing.

Abstract:
A headlamp includes a housing securable to a human appendage. Within the housing a battery is located. Upon activation of a switch, the battery forms an electrical circuit with a light source located within the housing and directed to project a light beam therefrom. The housing is formed as an animate head having a mouth portion aperture defined by a hingeably secured jaw portion such that a light beam emanating from the light source projects through the aperture. The housing modifies the shape of the light beam and creates an inducement for a child-pedestrian to use the headlamp.
Abstract:
A process for preparing a phosphorescent lure includes the application of phosphorescent particulate in the form of a curable paint or adhesive applié to the surface of an aquatic lure. The phosphorescent particulate is then exposed to illumination from an ultraviolet light emitting diode flashlight. A commercial package including components and instructions for the use of a phosphorescent lure is also disclosed.
Abstract:
A beverage container volume is exposed to magnetic fields associated with a permanent magnet. A beverage container volume is exposed to a permanent magnet incorporated into a beverage container cap, bottom, collar, holder or overlayer.
