Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems for transmitting data based on asymmetric bandwidth parts in a wireless communication are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication node is disclosed. The method comprises: configuring at least one downlink bandwidth part (BWP) for a wireless communication device, wherein each of the at least one downlink BWP is configured for a downlink transmission to the wireless communication device; configuring at least one uplink BWP for the wireless communication device, wherein each of the at least one uplink BWP is configured for an uplink transmission from the wireless communication device; and configuring a transmission resource on one uplink BWP of the at least one uplink BWP for the wireless communication device to transmit an uplink signal on the transmission resource. The uplink signal indicates a request for activating an associated downlink BWP.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for data retransmission in a wireless communication network, specifically, for a data packet generation before retransmission, according to available resources, link status, and the like is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method for a data packet retransmission by a wireless communication device, includes: receiving first information from a wireless communication node, wherein the first information comprises a first indicator; and performing a data packet retransmission with a data packet generation according to the indicator.
