    Abstract: Provided are methods and apparatuses for processing indication information. According to a method for processing indication information, a predetermined network element determines a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) to be suspended; and the predetermined network element sends, to an Evolved Node B (eNB), indication information used for indicating that the MBMS is to be suspended. The indication information is used for indicating the eNB receiving the indication information to send Multicast Channel (MCH) Scheduling Information (MSI) to User Equipment (UE), and the MSI includes a specific value used for notifying the UE of the MBMS to be suspended. By the technical solution, the problem of how to notify the eNB, how to notify the influenced UEs by the eNB and how to process the suspended service by the UE when the network element selects to suspend the MBMS in the related technology is solved, and effects of timely notifying the eNB and the UE and processing the suspended service by the UE are achieved.

    Abstract: A resource configuration method, system and device for a Single-Cell Multicast Control Channel (SC-MCCH) are provided. In the method, a base station sends a system broadcast message, which includes configuration information of the SC-MCCH configured by the base station, the configuration information includes a Modification Period (MP) of the SC-MCCH and time-domain location information of the SC-MCCH, and the configuration information further includes at least one of: a Repetition Period (RP) of the SC-MCCH, configuration information of SC-MCCH change notification information, and a value tag.

    Abstract: Provided are a method, system, device for controlling congestion or overload and an eNB. The method includes: one or more eNBs configured to detect congestion or overload of user plane data are selected, and the one or more eNBs selected are notified; the one or more eNBs selected detect a congestion or overload event of the user plane data; when a triggering condition is met, the one or more eNBs selected send congestion or overload indication information to a GCS AS; and the GCS AS determines a start or end of congestion or overload which occurs in an MBMS area according to the congestion or overload indication information, and correspondingly selects a manner in which trunking service data are sent. By the technical solutions of the disclosure, the problem of influence for a trunking service when congestion or overload occurs in a network may be solved.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an MBMS bearer-based method and system for reporting a congestion state in cluster communication and a storage medium. The method comprises: when user-side and/or control-side congestion or overload indication information reported by a network node of a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) bearer-based cluster service is received, a cluster service application server determines a target user equipment (UE) and a cluster service being affected, executes a corresponding policy, and mitigates impacts of congestion or overload on the target UE receiving the cluster service; and, when resume indication information reported by the network node is received, the cluster service application server utilizes the restored network node to select a bearer mode for transmitting the cluster service. The technical solution of embodiments of the present invention mitigates the impacts of network congestion or overload on the cluster service, thus enhancing user experience with the service.
