摘要: A control apparatus for water temperature and water flow rate includes a mixing valve adapted to be supplied with hot water and cold water from a hot water source and a cold water source, respectively, and delivers mixed water. In addition, the control apparatus includes a flow rate controller disposed to a system for delivering the mixed water from the mixing valve to a place where it is required and a controller for operating the mixing valve and the flow rate controller. This controller includes: a switch for discharging water and stopping the discharge of water, a setter for the water flow rate and the water temperature of the mixed water, a standard value memory for storing the standard water temperature and the standard water flow rate of the mixed water, a selected value memory for storing the water temperature and the water flow rate selected by the setter, a timer which is started upon a water stopping operating of the switch, and a signal selection that outputs an operation amount signal based on slected values when the water discharge operation is made before the elapse of a predetermined amount of time after the water stopping operation to the mixing valve and to the flow rate control, and operation amount signals based on the standard values when the water discharging operation is made after the elapse of a predetermined amount of time after the water stopping operation to the mixing valve and the flow rate control.

摘要: A mold (1) for cast-molding a slip is provided, which comprises a divsible casting mold including a plurality of mold portions to form a mold cavity (4) when mated together; each mold portion including an air-tight housing (2), an intermediate layer (5) of coarsely porous structure adjacent to the air-tight housing (2), and a solid synthetic resin filter layer (3) of fine open-cell structure; a slip supply duct (8) being connected with said mold cavity (4) and communicated with the outside of the air-tight housing (2); a fluid-flowing duct (9) being connected with said coarse intermediate layer (5) and communicated with the outside of the air-tight housing (2); said filter layer (3) being permeably joined to the coarse intermediate layer (5), and having substantially precise shape and dimension of substantially uniform fine open-cell structure. Such a filter layer (3) is produced by molding a flowable emulsion material comprising by weight about 100 parts of a curable synthetic resin material, about 1 to about 30 parts of a non-ionic emulsifier, about 1 to about 200 parts of water, and about 50 to about 600 parts of filler particles, into a cured filter layer; and uniformly eluting with a solvent an emulsifier-based viscous substance finely dispersed in the cured resin layer, and further curing the resin layer.

摘要: A trapless water flush toilet bowl fixture is disclosed. This fixture has: a water closet cesspool sealing member pivotally supported to shut off a waster water discharge port by impinging from underside upon this port; a sinker imparting a sufficient impingement force applied on a lower surface of the discharge port to the water closet cesspool sealing member to maintain a sealing state while resisting a load created when utilizing the same fixture; and a separating force imparting member manipulated by a manpower which member is capable of separating the sealing member from the discharge port by overcoming the impingement force. Furthermore, the trapless water flush toilet bowl fixture subsumes: a bowl having the waste water discharge port formed downwards in the bottom; a cylindrical member arranged to be nearly concentric with respect to the discharge port so that waste materials in the bowl pass therethrough and drop down, the cylindrical member having its diameter that is substantially the same as an aperture of the discharge port; and a ring-shaped seal-packing attachable to and detachable from an inner surface of the lower end of the cylindrical member; and a closing member provided at the lower end of the cylindrical member and making a seesaw motion round a fulcrum, this closing member subsuming a dish-like member which impinges from underside upon the seal-packing and a sinker installed on the opposite side to the dish-like member while interposing the fulcrum therebetween. In this constitution, the seal-packing is attachable to and detachable from the inside of the cylindrical member.

摘要: Disclosed is a drainage connector which can realize a flushing toilet of excellent usability. The drainage connector (10) establishes communication between a drain outlet (6B) of a toilet drainage path (L) leading to the downstream side of a toilet bowl (2) formed in a toilet body (1) and a connecting port (31) of a drain conduit (30) led into the room to be equipped with the toilet body (1). The drainage connector (10) is equipped with a casing (11) having a flow inlet (12) connected to the drain outlet (6B) and a flow outlet (18) connected to the connecting port (31), and an internal piping (20) arranged in the casing (11). The internal piping (20) is constituted of an upstream piping (22) having an upstream opening (21) communicating with the flow inlet (12), for forming a downward flow path, and a downstream piping (23) connected to the upstream piping (22) and having a downstream opening (24) opened into the casing (11), for forming an upward flow path.

摘要: A pipe work 10 provided with a cleaning control valve V1 is connected to a rim 3 of a toilet main body 1 in a hygienic western-style toilet facility provided with an ejector inhaling and discharging air from a water-discharge channel where there is no possibility for odors and filthy water to be supplied to a toilet bowl in cleaning operation. A branch pipe 11 is branched from more upstream side than the cleaning control valve V1 of the water-supply pipe 10, and is connected to the ejector 20 through a U-shaped pipe 12 and an ejector water-supply valve V2. A discharge outlet of water of the ejector 20 is connected to a second water-discharge channel 7 through a pipe work 13. One end of a negative pressure transmission channel 21 is connected to an air suction inlet 20a provided at a throat portion of the ejector 20. The other end of the negative pressure transmission channel 21 is connected to an upper end 5a of a rising portion of a first water-discharge channel 5.
