摘要： A magnetic sweeper device is constructed with a structural integrating bracket which provides structural interconnection between one or more magnets, conveyance devices such as wheels, and a manipulation device such as a handle. The bracket includes a main section against which one or more magnets are attached by through-fit fasteners, conveyance attachment structures at distal ends for attachment of wheels, and a centrally disposed stem for attachment of a handle. The bracket also functions to direct the magnetic field downward by attachment of the magnet to a lower underside surface of the main section of the bracket. A magnet cover can also be attached to the magnet by the magnet supporting fasteners attached to the bracket.

摘要： A continuous discharge ceramic powered steel shot magnetic sweeper apparatus is disclosed. The magnetic sweeper apparatus consists of at least one handle, a frame, support wheel(s), a frontal debris bin, drive wheels, a finned tube housing a ceramic magnetic assembly. The ceramic magnetic assembly comprises a sealed magnetic drum and rotating non-ferrous finned tubes. The magnet is continuously cleaned off as the magnetic sweeper apparatus is pushed forward. Magnetic debris accumulates on the magnet assembly and is deposited in the frontal debris bin. The magnetic sweeper apparatus design utilizes field differences created by the magnet position and angle to achieve the automatic pick-up and drop-off of debris at different locations of the drum. Furthermore, the apparatus aims to solve this high-cost rare earth magnet problem by using lower cost ceramic magnets as an alternative.

摘要： A magnetic sweeper assembly comprised of a broom for sweeping up debris and a magnetic surface for picking up magnetic materials such as nails or metal shavings. The magnetic sweeper comprises a one-piece manifold having a brush cap, a curvilinear section, and a box section. One or more magnets are positioned in a cavity inside of the box section and the broom is attached to the brush cap. A shield is attached to the assembly adjacent to a side of the box section so that the magnetic items picked up by the magnets are held against the shield for eventual removal. Two or more wheels are attached to the assembly so the assembly can be rolled across the floor when the magnetic surface is employed.
