A DRIVE IS MOUNTED IN THE HOUSING AND THE GRINDING BAND IS DISPOSED ON THE VERTICAL HOUSING PART, AND SWINGABLY MOUNTED PARALLEL TO THE WALL OF THE HOUSING ABOUT THE AXIS OF THE DRIVE SHAFT.
