    摘要: A kickstand device for a skate cart attached to a skate cart frame allows a skate cart to stand up. The kickstand can be biased in closed position by springs. The kickstand can also be unfolded into open position where the same springs bias the kickstand in open position. A user rides the skate cart with the kickstand in closed position. When the user wants the skate cart to stand up, the user folds the skate cart kickstand into open position.

    摘要: A fuel filling device of a motorcycle can receive a high pressure gas only when it is ensured that the motorcycle is in a stable position. The device includes a fuel tank that stores and/or supplies a high pressure gas and is mounted on the motorcycle, a filling port through which the high pressure gas is fed to the fuel tank, a center stand that swings between a raised position in which the center stand supports the motorcycle in an upright position and a retracted position, a stand sensor that senses that the center stand is in the raised position, and a fuel filling valve provided between the fuel tank and the filling port and allowing a flow of the high pressure gas between the fuel tank and the filling port if the stand sensor senses that the center stand is in the raised position.

    摘要: A wheeled center stand for motorcycles. The center stand incorporates a spine rotatably attached to a frame, and at least one leg rigidly attached to the spine. The frame is attached to a motorcycle frame cross-member. At least one wheel is rotatably mounted to an extreme of a leg opposite the spine. The center stand may be extended and retracted conventionally, using a foot lever mounted to one of the legs. The wheels may be swiveling wheels or non-swiveling wheels. In the preferred embodiment, each non-swiveling wheel was mounted at a 20 degree offset relative to a stand centerline. When extended, a motorcycle to which the wheeled center stand is mounted may be rotated relative to a surface upon which it rests, such as a garage floor, with a minimum of effort. Nut plates are also taught which facilitate the mounting of the stand to a motorcycle frame cross-member.

The motorcycle includes an engine, a drive wheel, a centrifugal clutch, a brake lever, a control unit for detecting actuation and de-actuation of the brake lever, a main stand that can be switched between a stored state where the rear wheel contacts a road surface and an upright state where the rear wheel is lifted off the road surface, and a main stand switch for detecting the upright and stored states. Engine operation inhibition control executed in the upright state permits operation of the engine when the brake lever is actuated and inhibits operation of the engine when the brake lever is not actuated.

The first ends of the kickstands are respectively mounted to two ends of a pivotal rod to move therewith. The kickstands are located on opposite sides of the two-wheeled vehicle. The pivotal rod is pivotable relative to the main frame, allowing the kickstands to jointly pivot about a rotating axis. The second end of at least one of the kickstands has an adjustable spacing to the rotating axis of the pivotal rod in a direction perpendicular to the rotating axis.
