    摘要: A partition mount system includes an integrated plunger assembly. The integrated plunger assembly is constructed and arranged to be integrated into an interior of an end of an extension pole, for example a standard telescoping extension pole. Mounting of the plunger in an interior portion of the pole in this manner provides for a sleek design that is relatively lightweight. Assuming that the pole in which the anchor is mounted is part of a telescoping pole system, the anchor and plunger do not interfere with full travel of the interior pole with respect to other poles in the telescoping system. In this manner, operation of the telescoping pole system is not inhibited by the integrated plunger assembly.

    摘要: A structural brace for a pre-fabricated housing module includes (a) a temporary beam connecting two opposite side walls of the pre-fabricated housing module along an open side of the pre-fabricated housing module; (b) ceiling bracing panels each providing horizontal temporary structural support between a third side wall of the pre-fabricated housing module and the temporary beam; and (c) wall bracing panels each providing temporary vertical structural support between the temporary beam and a floor of the pre-fabricated module. A further transverse beam may be provided to connect the ceiling bracing panels for greater structural support and to facilitate lifting of the module during transportation. A tarp may be provided to cover the top and exposed sides of the pre-fabricated housing module to prevent damage to the interior on route to an installation site.

    摘要: A resusable, foldable, and portable support brace includes a main frame, a support leg member, and a length adjusting device for adjusting a length of the support leg member. The main frame has a rear channel portion and a front vertical frame portion configured to engage and support an associated vertically disposed ICF block wall or other wall types relative to a ground surface. The length adjusting device adjusts a length of the leg support member between first and second ends thereof, the length adjusting device including a plurality of first and second length adjustment selection points spaced apart by respective first and second distances wherein the first and second distances are unequal. In another form, the support brace includes a platform device connected with the main frame and including a transverse arm member and a lateral strut member which spans the support leg member so that the platform device can be disposed along the main frame at a height corresponding to the upper end of the support leg member.

The plurality of wall tubes is fastened, at the bottom, to the metal track and guided, at the top, by the aligner. Each wall tube has tongue-and-grove ends for fastening each wall tube to another wall tube. Some wall tubes are filled with concrete for supporting a load and connecting foundation to lintel beam. The lintel beam is made from two AAC fiber-mesh boards on both sides as part of the lintel beam. The two AAC fiber-mesh boards are secured to the aligner and braced with metal rod and collar at a top of the lintel beam. Concrete is poured between the fiber-mesh boards of the lintel beam.

    摘要: Two or more sections of hollow tubing of graduating width or diameter permitting one tube to slide into adjacent tube. Tubes can extend or contract to various lengths, held at desired length by a securing object of suitable dimension placed through holes in both sets of tubing. Two flat plates of metal or other suitable substance are the base for the hinge. Hinges are designed with a female hinge port that allows 300° or greater rotation. “T” or “J” shaped threaded rod bolts are secured into the hinge port to form hinge assembly. Hinge sections screw into a bolt acceptor mounted at the outer ends of two pieces of tubing. One hinge section contains a left thread bolt; the other a right thread bolt. Flat plate of hinge has holes of various circumferences permitting the apparatus to be secured to desired surface with screws, nails, stakes or other suitable means.

The tool includes an elongate shaft having a gripping end and a working end.     摘要: Walls of expanded polystyrene, concrete-receiving forms (referred to as insulated or insulating concrete forms or ICFs) need to be vertical while they are being filled with concrete and while the concrete is curing. An apparatus with a vertical member and a brace member is such that one person can erect it and use it to adjust walls of ICFs so as to be vertical or plumb. The apparatus is capable of being readily used with the forms of any manufacturer by being provided with asymmetrical brackets for detachably attaching the vertical member to a wall firmly, but not rigidly. The apparatus provides a support for a platform, or scaffold, for a person to stand on while guiding the concrete pouring and while plumbing the wall. The vertical member extends upward from the ground and is held firmly against the wall with asymmetrical brackets. The brace member extends from the vertical member at a pivot with the other end of the brace member attached to the ground or floor. A lead screw in the vertical member is used to change the height of the pivot and thus slightly, and adjustably, tilt the vertical member into or out of the wall so as to cause the wall to be vertical. The vertical member and the brace member are preferably adjustable in length, however neither member changes length a noticeable amount while being used to cause the wall to be vertical. The members are preferably made of sections of square cross section, steel tubing that may be nested together.
