摘要: Disclosed is a sand aerated concrete panel pre-embedded with a wire box and a wire conduit and its preparation method. The concrete panel includes a sand aerated concrete panel, a steel bar mesh cage, a wire box and a wire conduit. The steel bar mesh cage includes a plurality of longitudinal main steel bars, a plurality of transverse auxiliary steel bars and a plurality of connecting iron pieces; the wire box and the wire conduit are fixed on the steel bar mesh cage; and the steel bar mesh cage, the wire box and the wire conduit are poured in the sand aerated concrete panel. The disclosure solves the problems of complicated procedures, high cost, environmental pollution caused by dust and noise in the prior art, avoids the potential quality hazards of the panels and wall structures caused by on-site slotting, reduces labor force, intensity and cost.

摘要: An insulated concrete panel comprising an insulation layer having one or more openings extending therethrough, a first concrete layer adjacent to a first surface of the insulation layer, a second concrete layer adjacent to a second surface of the insulation layer, and a wall tie received within one or more of the openings. The wall tie includes a central section received within the one or more openings of the insulation layer, a first concrete engaging at least partially embedded within the first concrete layer, and a second concrete engaging section embedded within the second concrete layer. The second concrete engaging section has a maximum width that is larger than a maximum width of the central section. The central section of the wall tie is configured to transfer shear forces and resist delamination forces between the first and second concrete layers.

The product comprises a foam insulating panel, the panel having a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface, wherein the foam insulating panel defines at least one recessed channel in the first primary surface, the at least one recessed channel being sized and shaped to provide a mold for a structural reinforcing member. The product also comprises a concrete panel formed on the first primary surface and filling the at least one recessed channel so as to provide a structural reinforcing member for the concrete panel. The product further comprises an elongate anchor member in the foam insulating panel and extending from the first primary surface of the foam insulating panel into the concrete panel. A method of making a composite reinforced insulated concrete structure is also disclosed.

摘要: A load transfer device is provided to connect concrete elements including, but not limited to, sandwich and double wall panel wythes, roof, floor, balcony and canopy members, and pavement. The device may be used to connect and transfer loads between the components of sandwich and double wall panels. The device includes two load transfer members positioned at an angle with respect to one another. Additionally provided are a retention housing for retaining one or more load transfer members at their angled positions and a depth locating means for retaining one or more load transfer members at their proper depth. Also provided are sandwich wall panels and double wall panels employing the load transfer device and methods for manufacturing sandwich wall panels and double wall panels employing the disclosed load transfer device.
