Abstract: A clothing tracking device is provided having a substantially rectangular body made of a rigid sheet material and equipped with a reinforced opening configured and positioned on the rigid sheet to allow a garment hanger to fit within and cause the substantially rectangular body to lie in such a way as not to interfere with or cause damage to a garment hung on said hanger. The rigid sheet material having a plurality of pockets formed from a transparent material affixed thereto. Each pocket having three sides completely affixed to the rigid sheet material and one side at least partially unfixed to the rigid sheet material to form pockets. At least one note card configured to fit within the pocket having a recording area adapted for recording date, event, and remarks about when the clothing was worn, cleaned or purchased.
