摘要： A container, such as a flask, from which a liquid can be poured uninterruptedly employs an air ingress tube which includes a tube attached near one end within the neck of the flask or other container. The tube extends from the neck region of the flask down to near the bottom internal surface of the flask. The tube allows air to flow to the air cavity that is formed when pouring from the flask, resulting in a smooth pour. In addition to the air ingress tube and the flask, a kit may include a specially designed funnel to adjust the tube.

摘要： A flexible check valve is introduced within a fluid path for leakage protection. The flexible check valve can be a duckbill/crossbill valve comprising multiple flexible members that restrict the flow of fluid in a tubular member. The flexible check valve is preferably used in conjunction with a drinking straw to prevent liquid from exiting a container such as a drink box. Preferably, the flexible check valve is a crossbill valve that is attached using an adapter. Liquid is designed to only flow through when an external compressive force (e.g. users fingers or lips) is applied to the valve. When force is no longer applied to the valve section, the valve returns to its normally closed position and fluid is wholly or substantially prevented from exiting.

摘要： An apparatus for introducing a selected beverage into a flexible pouch 8, sealingly closing the pouch 8 and dispensing the closed pouch 8. The apparatus comprises a housing 4 adapted to, in use, accept a plurality of reservoirs 10 of beverage concentrate. Each reservoir 10 has a concentrate pump 12 provided with a diluent inlet and a mixer for mixing pumped concentrate with diluent to produce a mixed beverage. Leading from each pump 12 is flexible conduit 14 terminating in a nozzle 68 for dispensing the mixed beverage. The apparatus further comprisesa multiple dispense head 20 for accepting the plurality of nozzles 68, the nozzles 68 being movable relative to a filling position such that any one of the nozzles 68 can be presented at the filling position, a means for, in use, selecting a flexible pouch 8 and bringing it into alignment with a nozzle 68 in the filling position where it is filled via an opening therein, and a means for, in use, sealingly closing the opening and dispensing the filled sealed flexible pouch 8 from the apparatus. Methods of loading a concentrate reservoir 10, disengaging a removable pump 12 and changing a removable pump 12 are also disclosed. A flexible pouch with rigid spout and mixing element are also disclosed.

The internal brushes may be useful for scrubbing a cleaning liquid, such as laundry detergent, dispensed from a bottle into the bottle cap. Unlike conventional methods, wherein detergent is scrubbed by hand or with a separate brush, the present invention provides a built-in internal brush on a cap of the detergent bottle. After use, liquid left in the cap and on the brushes may return to the bottle through a conventional drainback mechanism.
