摘要： A valve assembly is disclosed for use in an aerosol spray can capable of spraying viscous materials or materials with large particulates without clogging or packing like traditional aerosol spray cans designed for spraying texture materials. The valve opening is located at the bottom of the container rather than at the top, thus allowing highly-viscous materials, such as a fire suppressant material, or materials having large particulates, such as stucco, to be sprayed from an aerosol spray can without clogging of the valves. The valve assembly can spray materials that more closely resemble the original surface texture found on textured and stucco-covered walls and ceilings of buildings and structures.

摘要： A dispensing system including a housing with an interior bulkhead and four progressive cavity pumps mounted within the housing on one side of the bulkhead. The pumps are mounted with the bores in vertical orientation. Gear boxes including bevel gears coupling the vertically mounted pumps with horizontally mounted motors located on the other side of the interior bulkhead. A dispensing head is located above the housing with outlet passages extending from the motors to the dispensing head defining a path to the dispensing head which is continuously upward. The dispensing head includes valves driven by a pneumatic cylinder. A solenoid controls flow of pressurized air to the pneumatic cylinder from a position adjacent the dispensing head on the boom supporting both.

摘要： A stackable container for storing and dispensing a liquid has upright walls, a top wall and a bottom wall providing a chamber for storing a liquid. Adjacent upright walls are joined to corners. One corner has a bottom portion located above the plane of the bottom wall providing a space below the one corner. The top wall has a fill opening at the top of the one corner. An ON-OFF valve attached to a lower portion of the upright wall of the container is used to drain liquid from the container. A modified stackable combined container and pallet for storing and dispensing a liquid has upright walls, a top wall and a bottom wall providing a chamber for storing a liquid. Adjacent upright walls are joined to corners. One corner of the pallet has an inwardly curved recess to provide a space below the one corner of the container. The top wall of the container has a fill opening at the top of the one corner. An ON-OFF valve attached to a lower portion of the upright wall of the container is used to drain liquid from the container.

摘要： A recharge insert, for use with a spray dispenser device, is made of a matrix material impregnated with a chemical that is dry-to-the-touch and becomes dissolved in solution with a diluent fluid such as water. The recharge insert is formed in an elongated cylindrical shape with a center opening for mounting on the standard plastic downtube of the spray dispenser device. The insert sleeve may be formed with a side slit to open and wrap it around the downtube. When the spray bottle is filled with water, sealed, and shaken, the fluid penetrates into the matrix material, and the chemical composition becomes dissolved in solution, thereby creating a cleaning, sanitizing or disinfectant solution that will remain stable and fully active in use. The matrix material can be mounted on a hollow tubular carrier with lower spacer legs, or affixed to an upper retaining disk that is seated on the container neck for holding the insert clear of the lower intake end of the tube.
