摘要: A device includes: a first acquiring unit to acquire context information corresponding to running operation among pieces of context information; a second acquiring unit to acquire detection information output from a detecting unit detecting a physical quantity of a target device; an extracting unit to extract, from the detection information, feature information indicating a feature of the detection information in an interval including a specific operation interval of the target device; a selecting unit to select reference feature information used as reference based on the feature information, and sequentially select pieces of target feature information; a calculating unit to calculate a likelihood of a process interval based on a comparison between the reference feature information and each piece of target feature information; a determining unit to determine whether the target feature information corresponding to the likelihood is included in the process interval based on the likelihood; and an estimating unit to estimate the process interval based on a determination result.

摘要: Systems, methods, and devices for monitoring operation of industrial equipment are disclosed. In one embodiment, a monitoring system is provided that includes a passive backplane and one more functional circuits that can couple to the backplane. Each of the functional circuits that are coupled to the backplane can have access to all data that is delivered to the backplane. Therefore, resources (e.g., computing power, or other functionality) from each functional circuits can be shared by all active functional circuits that are coupled to the backplane. Because resources from each of the functional circuits can be shared, and because the functional circuits can be detachably coupled to the backplane, performance of the monitoring systems can be tailored to specific applications. For example, processing power can be increased by coupling additional processing circuits to the backplane.

The first GUI can also display, in a second GUI portion, a first visualization defined by a first hierarchical list component and a first view of list of views. The first GUI can further display a first navigation object overlaid with the first visualization. The first navigation object can be associated with a second visualization, different from the first visualization. The second GUI portion to display the second visualization in response to selection of the first navigation object.

The non-transitory computer readable medium may contain instructions to generate a plurality of models to model the failure of the component and assemble the plurality of models into a single model for predicting component failure. The non-transitory computer readable medium may further contain instructions to extract data associated with a component failure predicted by the single model and correlate the data associated with the predicted component failure with the single model.
