Abstract:
A vehicle door module includes a door trim defining a plane and a window regulator rail separably fixed to the door trim. The rail is fastened to a door at a fastening point. A projecting line extends from the fastening point and perpendicular to the rail to intersects the plane outside the door trim A method for assembling the door module in a door includes introducing the window regulator rail into the shell of the vehicle door, fastening the fastening point to the shell, and separating the door trim from the rail. Access is not impeded by the door trim. The arrangement simplifies mounting of the window regulator to the door.
Abstract:
A window regulator rail, in particular for a motor vehicle, includes a mounting portion and a fastening bolt. The fastening bolt includes an attachment collar and first and second fastening portions that are arranged on opposite sides of the attachment collar. The fastening bolt is releasably and adjustably attached to the mounting portion of the window regulator rail in a predefined position by the first fastening portion. On the second fastening portion, a fastening member is arranged in a mounting position.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a platform door device in which two movable fences 33, which are provided along the side edge 30a of a station platform 30 for getting on and off a car and each supported movably by a support member 32, move relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the platform 30 to open and close a passage between the platform side and the car side, wherein the platform door device is configured so that the two support members 32 are erected on the platform 30 and are housed in the two movable fences 33; the two support members 32 are housed in the two movable fences 33; and each of the support members 32 is arranged in a plane in the thickness direction of each of the movable fences 33 so as to be covered with the movable fence 33, by which the movable fence 33 can be moved relatively between the inner surface thereof and the outer surface of the support member 32.
Abstract:
A sliding member that moves along a guide rail holding the window pane lower edge and has a transverse adjustment threaded element transversely received into the sliding member within a threaded hole thereof causing the position of the window pane to be adjusted in one substantially perpendicular direction thereto; a fastening screw transversely inserted into the sliding member within a further hold thereof passing through a slot in the window pane and inserted into the sliding member allowing the position of said window pane to be adjusted in one substantially horizontal direction; and a vertical adjustment threaded element threadingly received into a body formed integrally with the sliding member, allowing the window pane to be adjusted in one substantially vertical direction.
Abstract:
An overhead track for suspension of a pocket door is disclosed. The overhead track has one or more troughs for hanging an pocket door by a plurality of gliders. The overhead track has a flat end for mounting at the pocket door opening and a spiked end for mounting against the door jamb within the pocket. The spiked end is forced into the door jamb within the pocket, then the flat end is screwed into the pocket door header for support and to prevent the spikes from disengaging with the door jamb within the pocket.
Abstract:
An elevator door assembly includes a rail and at least one roller that rolls along the rail to move a door between opened and closed positions, for example. A resilient track is provided on the rail that facilitates more efficient roller movement and increases the longevity of the assembly. In one example, the resilient track includes several pieces of flexible material that are snapped in place onto the rail. In another example, the flexible track is supported on the rail using a spray coating technique.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a garage door drive comprising a guide rail for the receiving of a drive means and a drive unit arranged in a housing, with the guide rail being releasably connectable to the housing. In accordance with the invention, the guide rail can be fixed to the housing by latching tongues formed on it and latchable into corresponding molded elements arranged on the housing or by at least one C-shaped holding clip engaging around the guide rail and latchable into corresponding molded elements arranged at the housing.
Abstract:
A sliding door structure for a vehicle having a continuous door opening consisting of a side opening formed in a side body panel and a roof opening formed un a roof panel comprises a generally reverse L-shaped sliding door having a side portion in conformity with the side opening and a roof portion in conformity with the roof opening and a door guide structure operative to guide the sliding door in a lengthwise direction between a closed position and an open position, the door guide structure consisting of an upper guide rail for supporting a middle portion of the sliding door and a lower base guide rail slidably support a lower end of the sliding door.
Abstract:
This window regulator is constituted by a rail which is obtained in a single piece, by injection of a light-weight metallic alloy, integrating a great many of the window regulator components, like for example: the supports (1) for fastening the window regulator to the door of the vehicle, the support (2) and anchoring elements (6) for the drive motor used in the systems of electric window regulators, the coupling elements (5) of the Bowden system for tensioning the cable (4), necessary in the manually operated systems, the housing (8) for the cable-winding drum, the sliding or diverting elements (3) of the cable (4). Moreover, the rail leaves the mould, with an appropriate curvature for correctly following the window. glass, even though the latter has a very complex shape. Thus, the same rail can be used indistinctly for manual window regulators, electric window regulators and dual rail window regulators.
Abstract:
An attachment structure of a slide rail cover for covering a slide rail fixed to a side of a vehicle body from the outside to the vehicle body, has a main body cover including a slide rail attachment portion and a vehicle body attachment portion, the slide rail attachment portion being adapted to support the main body cover with rigidity, and the vehicle body attachment portion being adapted to regulate the position of the main body cover in vertical and lateral directions. The position of at least one of the vehicle body attachment portion and the slide rail attachment portion is regulated in a forward or rearward direction of the main body cover.
