    Abstract: Provided is a display device comprising: a housing including a first opening formed at the top thereof; a display module passing through the first opening and including a first region positioned inside the housing and a second region positioned outside the housing; a driving unit for sliding the display module; and a control unit for controlling the driving unit so as to extend or reduce the second region, wherein the housing includes: a front cover positioned on the front surface of the display module; and a rear cover which is positioned on the rear surface of the display module and which is larger than the front cover with respect to the top side thereof.
