    摘要: The present invention relates to a perfluorocarbon nanoemulsion containing quantum dot nanoparticles and a method for preparing the same, more specifically, relates to a method for preparing a multifunctional perfluorocarbon nanoemulsion which simultaneously shows the fluorine-based magnetic resonance properties of perfluorocarbon and the optical properties of quantum dot nanoparticles, the method comprising dispersing quantum dot nanoparticles, modified with a fluorine end group, in perfluorocarbon, and then adding an aqueous emulsifier solution containing lipid to the dispersion. The disclosed perfluorocarbon nanoemulsion containing quantum dot nanoparticles has excellent biocompatibility and simultaneously shows optical properties and magnetic resonance properties, and thus can be used as a contrast agent for multi-mode molecular imaging. Accordingly, the nanoemulsion can be used to study cell and small-animal molecular imaging in various fields, including biological and medical fields.

    摘要: The present invention relates to silica capsules having nano-holes or nano-pores on the surface thereof, and preparation methods thereof. More specifically, relates to silica capsules having holes with a size ranging from a few nanometers (nm) to a few hundreds of nanometers (nm), on the surface thereof, multifunctional silica capsules containing magnetic nanoparticles and optical nanoparticles, and preparation methods thereof. According to the present invention, the silica capsules having holes on the surface thereof can be prepared by making an emulsion system using two fluids having different surface tensions, and selectively evaporating only one fluid of the two fluids during a process of forming a silica layer. In addition, the multifunctional silica capsules containing magnetic nanoparticles and optical nanoparticles can be prepared by loading various multifunctional nanoparticles into the two fluids.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a high throughput screening method of a binding inhibitor between caspase3 and xIAP and chromomycin screened using the same, and more specifically, the present invention provides a method for screening anticancer substance, the method comprising the steps of reacting caspase3 or xIAP and candidate inhibitors of the binding between caspase3 and xIAP on a biochip for detecting caspase3:xIAP interaction, and selecting a candidate substance inhibiting the binding of caspase3 to xIAP as an anticancer substance, and an anticancer agent inhibiting caspase3:xIAP binding, which is screened by the above method. According to present invention, it is possible to develop a target-oriented anticancer agent focused on xIAP and caspase3, apoptosis-related proteins and thus it can be applied to tailored medication and combination therapy. Moreover, glycoside antibiotic chromomycin, screened by the present invention has inhibitory activity of the binding between xIAP and caspase3 involved in apoptosis, so that it can be used as a therapeutic agent for myelogenous leukemia and solid tumors.

According to the chuck, since most of the charges existing in the chuck are concentrated at the embossing part and escape through the embossing part, when the embossing part is provided, the electrostatic force attracting the wafer becomes weak, as compared to a case where the embossing part is not provided to the chuck. Therefore, it is possible to easily detach the wafer from the chuck.
