摘要： Each of a plurality of thread boundaries comprises functionality to be performed for a given event by a single thread. A plurality of queues through which events may be routed may be coupled to the thread boundaries. A plurality of tasks may be configured in a defined relationship, each task being associated with a thread boundary and comprising a unit of code for performing a specific function. Resources may be allocated to thread boundaries based on queue depth.

摘要： At least one telephone network element receives an attempt of a caller to place a telephone call to a callee. A telephone number for the call is registered in a telephone number mapping (ENUM) database to receive incoming telephone calls via a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network. The at least one telephone network element receives an indication of a preference of the caller to carry the telephone call via one of a public switched telephone network (PSTN) and a public land mobile network (PLMN), instead of via the VoIP network. Based on the preference, the method inhibits an ENUM query of the ENUM database for the telephone call and forwards the telephone call to a gateway to carry the telephone call to the callee via one of the PSTN and the PLMN instead of via the VoIP network.

摘要： An electric connector for holding a flexible flat cable or a soft circuit board includes an insulating main body, a signal terminal set, at least a pair of welded reinforcing pieces and a cover. The signal terminal set can be inserted into the insulating main body, with a row of upright hooks and a row of contact members. The welded reinforcing pieces are respectively inserted into two lateral sides of the insulating main body, whereby block parts thereon enclose the furthest two upright hooks. The cover has a row of gaps internally connected through a rotational axle and corresponding to the signal terminal set and the welded reinforcing pieces. As the cover and the insulating main body are connected, the rotational axle is pivotally retained within the upright hooks, so that the cover can rotate around the axle to clip a flexible flat cable or a soft circuit board.
