Abstract: The display panel comprises: a display substrate and a touch detection device; wherein the touch detection device comprises: a touch substrate located on a side of the display substrate away from a display surface, and a plurality of ultrasonic detection units located on a side of the touch substrate away from the display substrate; the ultrasonic detection unit comprises: a first electrode located on a side of the touch substrate away from the display substrate, a plurality of second electrodes between the touch substrate and the first electrode, and a piezoelectric induction layer between the first electrode and the second electrodes; in a fingerprint recognition stage, at least a part of the ultrasonic detection units in a fingerprint recognition area are used as an ultrasonic-generating source, and the second electrodes in at least a part of the ultrasonic detection units in the fingerprint recognition area respectively output fingerprint recognition signals.

Drive part drives motion part to vibrate, and motion part vibrates to drive vibrating membrane to vibrate. Display assembly substrate and vibrating membrane are the same structure, and pixel components are disposed on a side of vibrating membrane facing away from support structure. Display device includes the display panel above.

The driving method includes: loading, within a fingerprint recognition phase (t), a plurality of operating signals to a plurality of operating signal leads (20) connected to a gate driving circuit (200), each operating signal (VGH_G) including first level signals and second level signals which are loaded alternately, and a time that the operating signal (VGH_G) switches between the first level signal and the second level signal being a switching time; and loading, within the fingerprint recognition phase (t), a plurality of fingerprint pulse signals to a plurality of fingerprint scanning leads (30), respectively, and for any fingerprint scanning lead (30), a time when the fingerprint scanning lead is loaded with a fingerprint pulse signal and is in an active level state does not overlap with the switching time.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display device. The array substrate includes a substrate, a pixel unit and a measurement unit on the substrate, and a compensation element. The measurement unit includes: a photosensitive device configured to detect a luminous intensity of the pixel unit; a thermosensitive device configured to measure an operating temperature of the photosensitive device; and a light source device configured to provide light to the thermosensitive device. An orthographic projection of the light source device on the substrate is within an orthographic projection of the thermosensitive device on the substrate. The compensation element is configured to compensate the luminous intensity of the pixel unit according to the luminous intensity of the pixel unit detected by the photosensitive device and the operating temperature of the photosensitive device measured by the thermosensitive device.

The infrared mask is disposed on a side of the photosensitive layer proximate to the display layer, the infrared mask has hollowed-out regions, the hollowed-out regions are configured to make the infrared mask have a preset pattern, and a region in the infrared mask except the hollowed-out regions is configured to prevent transmission of the infrared light. The photosensitive layer is configured to receive infrared light passing though the hollowed-out regions and the light-transmitting portions, and convert the infrared light into an image signal.
