    Abstract: A message transmission method and device relating to the field of communications technologies is disclosed, so as to improve an anti-interference capability in message transmission. The method includes: generating, by a base station, a scrambling code according to a first time parameter; then scrambling a system message according to the scrambling code; and finally sending the scrambled system message to a terminal on a physical broadcast channel. In this technical solution, because the first time parameter has different values at at least two different moments, scrambling codes determined at the at least two corresponding different moments are different. Therefore, a possibility at which the base station uses a same scrambling code to scramble a same system message repeatedly in a time period is reduced, so that an anti-interference capability in system message transmission is improved.

    Abstract: An information sending and receiving method and a device, the sending method including generating a first signal, and sending the first signal on a first resource. The first resource includes a first part of resource elements (REs), and the first part of the REs comprises at least one of a first RE element or a second RE element. The first RE element comprises all REs corresponding to an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol 0, symbol 1, and symbol 2 in each of subframes 0, 5, and 9 of each radio frame on a first carrier, the second RE element comprises an RE0, RE3, RE6, and RE9 in each of an OFDM symbol 4, 7, 8, and 11 in subframe 0 of each radio frame on the first carrier, and the first carrier is a carrier in a narrow band internet of things (NB-IoT) system.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for transmitting positioning assistance data and a device. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, at least one positioning assistance data message sent by a positioning server, where the at least one positioning assistance data message is used to carry positioning assistance data; and broadcasting, by the network device, a system message to a terminal device, where the system message is used by the terminal device to obtain the positioning assistance data. According to the embodiments of this application, the network device broadcasts the system message to broadcast the positioning assistance data. In this way, a problem of low efficiency of transmitting existing centralized positioning assistance data can be resolved, and a problem in the prior art that a positioning server needs to perform signaling communication with each terminal device in a unicast transmission scenario can be avoided, thereby reducing signaling overheads.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile communication, and in particular, to frequency determining technologies in the field of wireless communication. In a frequency determining method, a base station determines a frequency according to different modes, so that an interval between the frequency and a channel raster is not greater than a particular threshold. Corresponding frequencies are determined by setting different thresholds. According to the technical solutions provided in this application, user equipment may determine, in different modes, a corresponding frequency resource to communicate with a base station.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a synchronization signal sending method, including: determining, by a transmit end device, a first signal, where the transmit end device operates in a serving cell, the first signal includes a first synchronization sequence, the first synchronization sequence is a sequence obtained after a special ZC sequence is cyclically shifted by a first quantity of digits and then dot multiplication or conjugate multiplication is performed on the cyclically shifted special ZC sequence and a characteristic sequence, the special ZC sequence is a ZC sequence with a root index being +1 or −1, and the characteristic sequence and/or the first quantity of digits are/is corresponding to a cell identity of the serving cell. In the synchronization signal sending method provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, signal synchronization can be implemented in an M2M technology by using the ZC sequence.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide a resource allocation method, apparatus and system. The resource allocation method is used for a base station. The method includes acquiring a current resource indication of a cell, and generating a resource adjustment indication according to the current resource indication of the cell.
