    摘要: An image processing apparatus according to the present invention, comprises a calculation unit that calculates a sharpness of a 2D image for each region thereof; an image processing unit that performs image processing, in a region with a sharpness calculated by the calculation unit being higher than a first predetermined value, to increase that sharpness, and performing image processing, in a region with a sharpness calculated by the calculation unit being lower than a second predetermined value which is equal to or lower than the first predetermined value, to reduce that sharpness; and a generation unit that generates, from the 2D image processed by the image processing unit, an image for a left eye and an image for a right eye by shifting the 2D image in a horizontal direction.

    摘要: To provide an image display apparatus having: an electron source; a light-emitting member for emitting a light by irradiation with electrons emitted from the electron source; an anode electrode, which is arranged being opposed to the electron source; a high-voltage generating circuit for generating a potential which rises in a predetermined period; a wiring for connecting the anode electrode to the high-voltage generating circuit; a comparator; a first circuit for applying a first potential satisfying a positive correlation with the potential on the wiring to the comparator; and a second circuit for applying a second potential, which continuously rises or rises in stepwise manner in the predetermined period, to the comparator. The comparator outputs a result of comparison between the first potential and the second potential.

    摘要: An image processing system has an image processing function for use in, particularly, a word processor, a copying machine, or a facsimile apparatus. This apparatus includes an image reader to read and input image information; a keyboard to input character information; a recognizing unit for recognizing the character information in the image information inputted by the image reader; and an image processor for performing the editing of characters on the basis of the result by the recognizing unit. The character information includes lines of character strings, paragraphs in document information, spaces between words, spaces between characters, hyphens, or positions of words. The image processor means performs the image editing processes such as right alignment, deletion, rewriting, insertion, search, and the like with respect to the character information recognized by the recognizing unit. With this system, the character data inputted from the keyboard and the image data read by the image reader can be processed at the same level, so that the new documents can be freely produced.
