摘要： A mounting apparatus is provided for mounting a slide rail to a fixed structure includes a mounting bracket fixed to the slide rail, an actuating member slidably attached to the mounting bracket, at least one blocking member extending from the actuating member, a locking member deformably attached to the mounting bracket, and a resilient member connecting between the mounting bracket and the actuating member. The actuating member is slidable between a first position to maintain securing of the mounting bracket to the support, and a second position to allow release the mounting bracket from the support. The locking member comprises at least one first abutting end releasably abutting the blocking member to maintain the actuating member in the first position, and at least one second abutting end releasably abutting the blocking member to maintain the actuating member in the second position. The resilient member biases the actuating member to the first portion.

摘要： A latch mechanism is provided for retaining a slide rail assembly, which includes first and second slide rails. The latch mechanism includes a first latch member pivotably attached to the second slide rail, and a second latch member movably attached to the second slide rail. The first latch member includes a driving portion, an operating portion, and a first stop portion. The second latch member includes a second stop portion and a driven portion. A protrusion extends from the first slide rail capable of being blocked between the first and second stop portion to confine the second slide rail relative to the first slide rail. The operating portion is capable of being pressed to bias the first latch member, such that the driving portion drives the driven portion to bias the second latch member to thereby release the protrusion of the first slide rail from the first and second stop portions.

摘要： An exemplary slide rail assembly includes a first rail having a pair of stop members, a second rail, a first release member and a second release member slidably attached to the second rail, a fixing board attached to the second rail, a pair of actuating members slidably attached to the fixing board, and a clip. The clip includes a pair of arms respectively abutting against the actuating members. The actuating members engage with the stop members to latch the second rail in the first rail in two opposite directions. One actuating member is driven by the first release member to disengage from one stop member so that the second rail is released along one direction. The other actuating member is driven by the second release member to disengage from the other stop member so that the second rail is released along the other direction.

The bracket includes a second side plate, and a transverse member perpendicular to the second side plated. The transverse member is pivotably attached to the first pivoting portion. The bezel assembly is pivotably attached to the second pivoting portion. The bezel assembly includes a latch bar having a wedged block. The transverse member includes a positioning plate to detachably engage with the wedged block. The first and second side plates include a plurality of fixing members to engage in the holes of the disk drive, respectively.

A sliding arm perpendicularly extends out from the second fixing arm and slidably received in the receiving arm. A locking portion is formed on the sliding arm. The operating device is rotatably attached to the received arm. The operating device includes an operating portion exposed out of the bracket, and an engaging surface. The operating portion is manipulated to allow the engaging surface to engage and disengage a side of the locking portion facing the second fixing arm.

摘要： An exemplary mounting apparatus for a storage device includes a chassis, a locking member, and a fastener. The storage device defines a pair of fixing holes in one sidewall thereof. The locking member is attached to the other sidewall thereof and includes a pair of slots defined therein. The chassis includes a side panel, and a bottom panel. The side panel includes a pair of pins extending therefrom and engaging in the fixing holes of the storage device. The bottom panel includes a pair of bridges extending therefrom and slidably engaging in the slots of the locking member. The fastener is attached to the locking member to secure the locking member to the bottom panel of the chassis.

The latch mechanism includes a latch module movably carried by the second slide rail, a stop member arranged on the first slide rail, a first release member and a second release member slidably attached to the second slide rail. Two protrusions extend from the stop member at diagonally opposite corners thereof configured to respectively engage with the first and second stop surfaces of the latch module for retaining the second slide rail relative to the first slide rail. The first and second release members capable of selectively driving the latch module to slide the latch module to release the first or second stop surface from the corresponding protrusions of the stop member.
