At least one adjustment pad is attached loosely to the rear wall within the heel portion. The adjustment pad includes an intermediate part, first and second ends on two opposite sides of the intermediate part, a first surface confronting the rear wall, and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A strap passage unit is provided on the rear wall. A strap is attached to the adjustment pad, and passes movably through the strap passage unit. When the strap is pulled to move through the strap passage unit, the strap is tensed, and the adjustment pad is moved inward so as to abut against the foot in the shoe.

    摘要: A sphygmomanometer includes a pressure measuring unit connected to an analog-to-digital conversion unit, and the analog-to-digital conversion unit is connected to a microprocessor, and the microprocessor is connected separately to a setup unit, display unit, data storage unit, reminding unit and a power supply unit. The analog-to-digital conversion unit converts a blood pressure measured by the pressure measuring unit into data. Meanwhile, the microprocessor retrieves and compares the standard value of blood pressure pre-stored in the data storage unit with the measured value and displays the result on the display unit and the reminding unit. Users can change the predetermined setup of standard blood pressure values through the setup unit and users can understand the meaning of the complicated measured data through different colors or sounds of the backlight module of the reminding unit without memorizing the values, and determine whether the measured value is normal or critical.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a sphygmomanometer having 3D positioning function, which comprises a microprocessor chip which is coupled individually to a microprocessor chip which is coupled individually to a pressure sensor, an alarm unit, a storing unit, a 3D acceleration sensor chip, a display device, a driving device, and an air valve, so that when a person's blood pressure is measured, the 3D acceleration sensor chip detects the spatial position of the measuring cuff of the sphygmomanometer and sends the parameters related to the detected spatial position to the microprocessor chip. In the meantime, the microprocessor chip will retrieve a predetermined range of the parameters related to the spatial position from the storing unit, and compare such range with the value of the detected parameters. If the values of the detected parameters fall beyond the predetermined range of parameters, the microprocessor chip will issue an alarm through the alarm unit until the spatial position is correct. Thus the person who takes blood pressure measurement can always get the most accurate measurement.

Unlike the traditional tunnel type sphygmomanometers having a plate to be pulled horizontally when the contracted plate wraps around the user's arm, the present invention provides a chassis of smaller size.
