摘要: A blood pressure monitor that includes an acceleration sensor attached to an arm, which is a measurement site, of a measurement subject, and an orientation detection unit that detects an orientation of the measurement subject during blood pressure measurement based on an output of the acceleration sensor. The orientation detection unit specifies the orientation of the measurement subject in accordance with a torso angle with respect to a bed surface in a view along a body height direction of the measurement subject lying on the bed surface, and the orientation of the arm position. The blood pressure monitor also includes a blood pressure measurement unit that measures a blood pressure value at the measurement site of the measurement subject, and a blood pressure correction unit that corrects the blood pressure value of the measurement subject according to the specified orientation of the measurement subject.

摘要: A control device is configured to: cause an inflating/deflating device to initiate a first air feeding to a cuff with a prescribed flow rate; calculate an estimated value of a capacity volume of the cuff based on a time length for which the internal pressure inflates from a first value to a second value; cause the inflating/deflating device to perform at least air exhausting before an inflation of the internal pressure reaches a steady state to deflate the internal pressure; determine, based on the estimated value, an air feeding flow rate for obtaining a prescribed inflating speed; cause the inflating/deflating device to initiate a second air feeding to the cuff with the air feeding flow rate before the internal pressure reaches zero; and measure blood pressure of the subject while the second air feeding is performed.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a device, method and system for calculating, estimating, or monitoring the blood pressure of a subject based on physiological features and personalized models. At least one processor, when executing instructions, may perform one or more of the following operations. A first signal representing a pulse wave relating to heart activity of a subject may be received. A plurality of second signals representing time-varying information on a pulse wave of the subject may be received. A personalized model for the subject may be designated. Effective physiological features of the subject based on the plurality of second signals may be determined. A blood pressure of the subject based on the effective physiological features and the designated model for the subject may be calculated.

摘要: A patient monitoring system includes an inflatable cuff, a gas reservoir containing a compressed gas, and a sensor. When the inflatable cuff is coupled to a wearer, the gas reservoir supplies gas to the inflatable cuff to inflate the inflatable cuff via gas pathways. As the inflatable cuff inflates, a patient monitor can receive blood pressure data from the sensor and use the blood pressure data to determine the blood pressure of the wearer. The patient monitor can also receive blood pressure data during deflation of the inflatable cuff to determine the blood pressure of the wearer.

摘要: A method for determining a calibrated aortic pressure waveform from a brachial cuff waveform involves the use of one or more generalized transfer functions. The one or more generalized transfer functions are specific for predetermined brachial cuff pressure ranges, such as below diastolic pressure, between diastolic and systolic pressure, and above systolic pressure. The brachial cuff is inflated to a pressure within the pressure range appropriate for the generalized transfer function to be applied to the brachial cuff waveform to generate the aortic pressure waveform. In some circumstances, it may be necessary to use a calibration transfer function to generate a calibrated aortic waveform. In other circumstances, the calibration transfer function is not necessary.

摘要: A blood pressure detection method is used for the sphygmomanometer including an envelope, an air pressure control mechanism, an ultrasonic wave transmission mechanism and an ultrasonic wave reception mechanism. The blood pressure detection method includes: applying a control signal to the air pressure control mechanism and the ultrasonic wave transmission mechanism, to inflate and deflate the envelope, and enable the ultrasonic wave transmission mechanism to transmit an ultrasonic detection signal toward the to-be-detected body part at a predetermined interval; monitoring an ultrasonic reflection signal received by the ultrasonic wave reception mechanism; determining a detection time point for the blood pressure detection in accordance with a frequency of the ultrasonic reflection signal during the deflation of the envelope; and determining a blood pressure value for the blood pressure detection in accordance with a pressure value of air within the envelope at the detection time point.

摘要: A method and an apparatus are provided for measuring a change in blood pressure caused by respiration control. A number of respirations per minute is measured based on a heart rate when a respiration exercise begins. Respiration of a subject is induced until the number of respirations per minute reaches a predetermined number of respirations per minute. A pulse transit time is calculated during the respiration exercise, a blood pressure value associated with the pulse transit time is calculated, and the blood pressure value is outputted.
