    Abstract: A method of sonic logging in which there is established at a depth of interest in a borehole a set of peak matrices comprised of peak vectors representative of a plurality of different characteristics of sonic signals traversing an earth formation. A set of rules is established based upon borehole sonic characteristics including the utilization of past histories of slowness and coherence values of wave components of interest. The matrices are searched in accordance with the rules to identify the presence in the sonic signals of wave components of interest, such, for example, as casing, compressional, shear and Stoneley.     Abstract: An oval-tracked exercise apparatus is provided which includes a main frame having a pair of connecting arms in a hinge joint with a traverse support. The traverse support is coupled with a mechanical system in a pivotal connection with a pair of planks. A resisting rotating mechanism is attached to an opposing end of the respective plank. Besides, an adjusting assembly is provided for adjusting the height of the traverse support. The resisting rotating mechanism formed by a flywheel, a belt wheel or a resistance mechanism includes a continually bent crank and is rotatably mounted on side walls of a base of the resisting rotating mechanism. Accordingly, both handles are synchronically movable with respective planks for simulating a climbing action and an oval exercise track. Moreover, a simulation of a movement on uphill, downhill and flat surfaces can be achieved. Furthermore, a reduction of the distance between both planks is also attainable.

The safety plug passes through an insertion slot of the housing and is inwardly inserted to the inside of the housing for an electric connection by means of the contact of the distal end of an extension part of the safety plug to a contact key of the microswitch. Meanwhile, an electric disconnection is created when the safety plug is extracted. In addition, a cut-off button with a push rod is interposed between the safety plug and the microswitch.
