    摘要: The present invention publishes a box and a tray used to hold LCD panels. The tray comprises a carrying part, a supporting part, and buffering items. The carrying part is used to carry the LCD panel. The supporting part is located on the sides of the carrying part, and the supporting part comprises compartment slots. The buffering items are placed inside the compartment slots in order to improve the structural strength of the supporting part. The embodiment of the present invention improves the structural strength of the tray through the effects of buffering items. It also controls the production costs and avoids damages to LCD panels during transport caused due to insufficient strength of the tray.

The first and second sliding ends slide to connect with the sliding hole. The first and second posts are screw-connected by the first connecting end and the second connecting end and screw-connected with the base. The first and second posts control a distance between the liquid crystal display and the base by rotating inwardly or outwardly.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a frame for pressing an optical film of a LCD device. The frame includes a supporting component and a loading component bending along from the edge of the supporting component. A first rib and a second rib are arranged on the side of the loading component adjacent to the supporting component for pressing the optical film along with the edge of the loading component, and the thickness of the first ribs is greater than that of the second ribs. The present invention further discloses a LCD device. According to the ways mentioned above, the first ribs and the second ribs with different thicknesses on the loading component of the frame fits for the optical films with two thicknesses to save cost and to conduce mass production.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a display device which is configured with a liquid crystal display panel and a backlight module. The backlight module includes at least an optical film and a mainframe structure which includes a plastic frame and a backboard integrally with the plastic frame. The backboard includes an integral bottom to support the optical films of the backlight module, and a first sidewall. Wherein the plastic frame is integrally formed with a carrying portion, a second sidewall, and a supporting portion, wherein the carrying portion is used to position optical films, and also support the liquid crystal display panel, wherein to receiving slot is defined between the second sidewall and the supporting main portion such that the first sidewall is received therein, wherein the supporting portion includes an integrally formed main portion interconnected to the carrying portion and a positioning block which prevent the plastic frame from transversal movement with respect to the backboard together with the bottom of the backboard. The present invention readily increases the stability and firmness of the plastic frame.

    摘要: The present invention teaches a packaging box and a related manufacturing method. The packaging box contains a top cover and a bottom cover. The top cover is an assembly of a first member and a second member embedded in a first indentation of the first member. The first member directly supports the packaged objects and has a better buffering capability than that of the second member. The bottom cover is an assembly of a third member and a fourth member embedded in a second indentation of the third member. The third member directly supports the packaged objects and has a better buffering capability than that of the fourth member. As such, the present invention can effectively reduce the material cost as well as product cost for the packaging box.
