    摘要: The present invention provides a back frame of flat panel display device and a backlight system. The back frame includes primary assembling pieces, secondary assembling pieces, and a bracing piece for fixing a circuit board. The primary assembling pieces are connected through joining and use different thermally conductive materials. Further, a circuit board is mountable and position adjustable through a bracing piece. The present invention also provides a backlight system. The back frame and the backlight system of the present invention have a back frame of simple structure, reduce the expenditure of a back frame mold, facilitate heat dissipation, facility fixing of circuit board, and save the material used for back frame so as to lower down the manufacturing cost of flat panel display device.

    摘要: The present invention provides a backlight module, assembly method and assembly fixture for backlight module. The backlight module comprises an optical component set and a back plate. Optical component set is disposed in a stacked manner, the back plate comprises at least two independent back plate elements for clamping respectively at least a side wall of the optical component set. Each back plate element comprises a top wall, a bottom wall and a side wall connecting the top wall and the bottom wall. Each back plate element is assembled onto an optical component set from a side and clamping the optical component set with the top wall and the bottom wall of the back plate element. The assembly of the back plate can be performed on an assembly fixture to improve the assembly efficiency of backlight module.

    摘要: The present invention provides a flat panel display device, which includes a backlight system and a display panel, the backlight system including a light source, a light homogenization mechanism, and a back frame; the back frame carries the light source and the light homogenization mechanism, the light homogenization mechanism guiding light from the light source to a light incidence surface of the display panel; the back frame includes primary assembling pieces and secondary assembling pieces; the primary assembling pieces are of a number of at least two, the at least two primary assembling pieces being joined to form a main frame structure of the back frame; the secondary assembling pieces are arranged inside the back frame and joined to the back frame; some of the primary assembling pieces and the secondary assembling pieces are of first density and first strength and others are of second density and second strength; the first density is greater than the second density and the first strength is greater than the second strength. The present invention also provides a stereoscopic display device and a plasma display device. The back frame mold of the present invention is of a simple structure and can reduce the expenditure of the back frame mold, and can also save the material used for back frame so as to lower down the cost of flat panel display device.

    摘要: The present invention provides a LCD device, and its backlight module and back plate assembly. The back plate assembly contains a back plate, a blocking rim, a side wall, and a buffering element. The back plate supports the optical member of the backlight module. The blocking rim fixes the optical member jointly with the back plate, and supports a liquid crystal panel. The side wall has a back edge connected with the back plate and a front edge connected with the blocking rim. The buffering element is configured at an edge of the blocking rim that is away from the side wall and attached to the optical member and a liquid crystal panel, respectively. The present invention prevents the optical member and liquid crystal panel from contacting with the blocking rim and thereby being scratched, so as to provide effective protection.
