摘要： An ultrasonic testing apparatus includes an array probe 3 disposed to face a flange-side rim face 16 of a wheel 1. The ultrasonic testing apparatus also includes an array flaw detector having a function of transmitting transmission-reception control signals to the array probe, and a personal computer having a function of setting various parameters for the array flaw detector, and receiving signals from the array flaw detector so as to generate images such as an A-scope image and a B-scope image. When detecting a flaw, the array probe is disposed in such a manner that a transducer face thereof faces the flange-side rim face. At this time, an angle between the transducer alignment direction of the array probe and the radial direction of the wheel 1 is set to be 20 to 60° when viewed in the axial direction, and the flaw detection is carried out at this angle.

摘要： In a biometric authentication system, a delivery server includes a parameter conversion unit which generates, by converting the parameter, a parameter for delivery, a template conversion unit which generates, by converting the template, a template for delivery, and a delivery unit which delivers the template for delivery and the parameter for delivery to one of the client terminal and an authentication device; the authentication device includes a sensor which obtains biometric information on a registered user, a feature quantity obtaining unit which obtains a feature quantity from the biometric information, and a feature quantity conversion unit which generates, by converting the feature quantity using the parameter for delivery, a converted feature quantity; and the client terminal includes a match determination unit which determines, by comparing the converted feature quantity with the template for delivery, whether or not the converted feature quantity and the template for delivery match.

In an employment management system for the business system having a plurality of system apparatuses, a storage device stores unit configuration information, a plurality of methods constituting a common interface, and a program for each method. The common interface has at least a partial halt method for making the unit halt an operation of the business system and a partial restart method for making the unit restart the operation of the business system. When an arithmetic processing part performs employment operations by making a predetermined system apparatus halt the operation of the business system, the unit including the predetermined system is subjected to partial halt, employment operations and then partial restart.
