摘要: The vehicle AC generator comprises a stator core 4 having a stator coil 5, a first rotor core 8 and a second rotor core 9 provided on an inner diameter side of the stator core 4 to rotate, a field coil 10 for magnetizing the first rotor core 8 and the second rotor core 9, and a plurality of pole pieces 8a, 9a provided on the first rotor core 8 and the second rotor core 9 to extend in an axis direction of the rotation axis, and arranged to engage alternatively with each other via a predetermined clearance, and provided to oppose to an inner diameter surface of the stator core 4 via a predetermined clearance, wherein the poles pieces 8a, 9a are formed into an almost trapezoidal shape to reduce a width toward its tip portion in a rotation direction, and a skew angle against the axis direction of both side surfaces of the pole pieces in a rotation direction is set small on a root side and also set large on a tip side.

摘要: An automotive alternator is capable of reducing electromagnetic noises and wind noises of 12f components, which are extremely unpleasant higher harmonic noises to the ears, thereby permitting uncomfortable noises to be reduced, and also capable of suppressing a drop in output caused by a phase difference. In the alternator, two slots are applied per pole in a phase, spaces between centerlines that extend in a radial direction of openings of adjoining slots are formed to be irregular, and a first three-phase stator winding and a second three-phase stator winding are wound around a stator core with a phase difference of an electrical angle ranging from 31 to 34 degrees.

摘要: The present invention has been made aiming at decreasing sound pressure of the cooling wind and increasing cooling effect of the vehicular ac generator. The arrangement is such that a case is composed of a pair of opposing brackets having exhaust port ribs, defining a plurality of exhaust ports and intake port ribs disposed inner side of said exhaust ports and defining a plurality of intake ports, that exhaust port ribs of at least one of the brackets are tilted from 20° to 50° in the direction of rotation of the rotor with respect to the radial direction of the rotor and that the rib thickness of the exhaust port ribs in the normal plane of the tilt direction of the exhaust port ribs are equal to or less than 50% of the exhaust port width.

摘要: A vehicular AC generator has a stator including a stator coil formed by AC connection of four-turn phase coils by serially inserting coil conductors into slots separated by intervals of three slots, the coil conductors being arranged four in a line in a radial direction, and wherein each of the phase coils is obtained by performing the steps of: inserting the U-shaped coil pieces from the axial side into two adjacent sets of two of the separated slots so that one of the coil pieces is respectively positioned at the first outermost place in one slot of each of the two sets and the fourth outermost place in the other slot of each of the two sets, and that another of the coil pieces is respectively positioned at the second outermost place in one slot of each of the two sets and the third outermost place in the other slot of each of the two sets; inserting remaining U-shaped coil pieces from the axial side into remaining sets of two of the separated slots so that one of the remaining coil pieces is respectively positioned at the first outermost place in one slot of each of the remaining sets and the second outermost place in the other slot of each of the remaining sets, and that another of the remaining coil pieces is respectively positioned at the third outermost place in one slot of each of the remaining sets and the fourth outermost place in the other slot of each of the remaining sets; forming first and second coils by connecting an end portion of each coil piece, which extends from the first outermost place in one slot of each of sets of two of the separated slots, to an end portion of each coil piece, which extends from the second outermost place in the other slot of each of the sets, and by connecting an end portion of each coil piece, which extends from the third outermost place in one slot of each of the sets, to an end portion of each coil piece, which extends from the fourth outermost place in the other slot of each of the sets, and forming a crossover connection portion between the first and second coils by cutting off the coil pieces inserted into the first outermost place in one slot of each of the two sets and the fourth outermost place in the other slot, and by connecting cut end portions of the coil pieces extending from the first outermost places in each slot of the two sets to the axial opposite side, cut end portions of the coil pieces extending from the fourth outermost places in each slot of the two sets to the axial opposite side being used a lead wire and a wire connected to a neutral point, respectively.

摘要: A rotor structure comprising a rotor coil for generating a magnetic flux, a pole core which covers the rotor coil and consists of a first pole core body and a second pole core body, each having a plurality of claw-like magnetic poles which are mated with each other, magnets provided on both sides of each of the claw-like magnetic pole for suppressing the leakage of a magnetic flux between adjacent claw-like magnetic poles, and reinforcements for holding the magnets in such a manner that the magnets are inclined so that the interval between the magnets becomes larger on the outer side than on the inner side. This rotor structure can reduce centrifugal force applied to the magnets.
