摘要: The present disclosure relates to a stator for an electric motor of an electric vehicle, the stator comprising an annular stator core comprising an inner circumferential surface having circumferentially distributed slots formed in the inner circumferential surface. Further, comprising a hairpin winding arrangement comprising a plurality of hollow hairpin conductors, each hollow hairpin conductor. Each slot accommodates portions of a plurality of hollow hairpin conductors, the plurality of slots comprising fluid inlet slots and fluid outlet slots, wherein the fluid inlet slots accommodates a plurality of first portions and the fluid outlet slots accommodates a plurality of second portions such that each hairpin is accommodated by two slots. Furthermore, each inlet of each hollow hairpin conductor is arranged to receive cooling medium from a cooling device.

The stator housing may include a cooling structure that has a plurality of cooling body portions and a plurality of cooling conduits defined by the plurality of cooling body portions. A method of forming a stator housing for an electric machine may include additively manufacturing a stator housing that includes a cooling structure defining a fluid domain, coupling a working fluid source to the stator housing and introducing a working fluid into the fluid domain defined by the cooling structure, and sealing the cooling structure with the working fluid contained within the fluid domain of the cooling structure. A method of cooling an electric machine may include heating the working fluid in the fluid domain and flowing the working fluid through the fluid domain, and transferring heat from the cooling structure to a cooling fluid flowing along one or more cooling surfaces contacting a surface of the electric machine.

摘要: A stator of a rotating electric machine system includes a neutral point terminal that is formed in conductive wires that are pulled out from electromagnetic coils. The rotating electric machine system includes a partition member accommodated in a housing. A first wall surface of the partition member faces toward an end part of a coil end portion in an axial direction which includes end parts of the electromagnetic coils. A concave portion recessed in a direction away from the coil end portion is formed in the first wall surface. A liquid coolant flows between the neutral point terminal and a bottom surface of the concave portion.

摘要: A cooling system for an electric motor that includes a stator having a plurality of slot windings and a rotor, coaxial with the stator, having a plurality of magnets, includes a coolant inlet to the motor and a coolant outlet from the motor. A coolant pathway is in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet. Heat is transferable from the slot windings to the coolant pathway. A coolant flows through the coolant pathway and is in a liquid phase as it enters the coolant inlet, changing into a gaseous phase as heat is transferred to the coolant from the slot windings. A cooling loop is in fluid communication with the coolant inlet and the coolant outlet. The cooling loop cools the coolant so that substantially all of the coolant is in the liquid phase when it enters the coolant inlet.

摘要: A sealing sleeve for a stator of an electrical machine is disclosed. The sealing sleeve is configured to provide that a coolant flowing around the stator coils follows a predefined, serpentine coolant path. The sleeve has two sealing rings arranged on the stator with the coils of the stator lying between them. Each sealing ring includes a hard component and a soft component. The sleeve is arranged on the stator such that sealing sections of the soft component bear against the surfaces of the stator coils and adapt to the coil surfaces. As such, no coolant may pass between the coils and the sealing rings at these sealing locations thus formed, and therefore the desired coolant flow is guaranteed. Furthermore, the sealing rings are configured such that alternately for each coil only one of the sealing rings has a sealing section so that ultimately the serpentine coolant flow is achieved.

摘要: An axial flux electrical machine, such as an electric motor, dynamo, pump, generator, or alternator has a casing with vents or openings enabling cooling or pumped media to flow into and out of the casing when the rotor of the electrical machine rotates. The stator is formed from conductive elements connected at their axial outer regions by interconnecting members. Conductive elements have a gap or space to direct cooling through the winding to the central region. Each conductive element has legs bent in opposing directions relative to the starting plane of the conductor closest to the central axis then the second leg is bent back in the direction of the first. A portion of the windings of the stator are spaced apart to allow media to flow between the windings to the central axis area and then is allowed flow outward between the rotor and the stator.

Pins can extend from a side of the first wall that is opposite the first loops. The second cap can be coupled to the second end of the stator body and include a second wall. The second wall can be between the second loops and the channels. Pins can extend from a side of the second wall that is opposite the second loops.

The stator teeth are connected together via a stator yoke, and a conductor bundle comprising a plurality of conductors is arranged in each stator groove in order to form an electric stator winding, wherein each of the stator grooves has a groove base facing the stator yoke and a groove slot facing away from the groove base, and a groove base channel which extends in the axial direction and through which a coolant can flow along at least some sections of a cooling path between a groove inlet and a groove outlet of the respective stator groove is formed between the groove base of the respective stator groove and the conductor bundle arranged in the stator groove.
The invention is characterized in that a groove slot channel (18) extending in the axial direction is formed in the groove slot (5.2) of the respective stator groove (5), said groove slot channel being fluidically connected to the groove base channel (14) of the same stator groove (5) at at least one distributor point (21) via a distributor connection (22) running in the radial direction with respect to the stator axis (2), and the cooling path (15) of the stator groove (5) is formed such that a cooling flow is forced from the groove slot channel (18) into the groove base channel (14) and/or vice versa via the at least one distributor connection (22).-
