    Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems for determining a transport block size in a wireless communication are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication device is disclosed. The method comprises: receiving control information from a wireless communication node, wherein the control information includes a plurality of transmission parameters related to transport blocks to be transmitted between the wireless communication device and the wireless communication node; calculating an intermediate transport block size (TBS) for the transport blocks based on the plurality of transmission parameters; modifying the intermediate TBS to generate a modified TBS in response to an event that the intermediate TBS is smaller than a threshold; and determining a final TBS for the transport blocks based on a TBS that is closest to the modified TBS, among TBSs that are in a quantized set and not smaller than the modified TBS.

The method includes: a second node determines that a first data sent from a first node exhibits data erasure; the second node sends feedback information to the first node, where the feedback information includes one of the following: an erasure rate, an erasure rate and an erasure position, the erasure rate is a proportion of resources that exhibit data erasure in resources corresponding to the first data, and the erasure position is a position of the resources that exhibit data erasure in the resources corresponding to the first data; the second node receiving a second data as determined according to the feedback information by the first node; the second node performs decoding according to the first item of data and the second data.

    Abstract: Provided are a data encoding method and device, a storage medium, and a processor. The method includes: obtaining data to be sent; performing quasi-cyclic low-density parity check (LDPC) encoding on the data to be sent to obtain an LDPC codeword sequence, and interleaving the LDPC codeword sequence to obtain an interleaved LDPC codeword sequence; performing cyclic bit selection on the interleaved LDPC codeword sequence from a starting position to obtain a rate-matched codeword sequence, where the starting position is determined according to a predetermined parameter; and sending the rate-matched codeword sequence. The solution above resolves the problem in the related art of unstable transmission after performing quasi-cyclic LDPC encoding on data to be transmitted, and achieves stable transmission after the quasi-cyclic LDPC encoding.

    Abstract: Reducing control signaling is an effective technique for increasing resource efficiency when supporting a massive number of connections in an Internet of Things framework. In the presence of sporadic and small data packets, the use of control signaling must be optimized to not overwhelm network resources. In some embodiments, a bit map in a control signaling packet may indicate if certain information elements that correspond to configuration parameters are present or absent. When they are absent, predetermined values for the corresponding configuration parameters may be used, whereas when they are present, predefined values from a set of predefined values may be used. In other embodiments, the predetermined values may be periodically updated.

    Abstract: Provided is a rate matching method and device for a Polar code. The method includes: concatenating K information bits and (N−K) frozen bits to generate a bit sequence of N bits, and encoding the bit sequence of N bits by means of a Polar code encoder with a generator matrix of size N×N to generate an initial bit sequence {S0, S1, . . . , SN−1} of bits, where K and N are both positive integers and K is less than or equal to N; dividing a circular buffer into q parts, selecting bits from the initial bit sequence {S0, S1, . . . , SN−1} in a non-repeated manner, and writing the bits into the q parts of the circular buffer according to a predefined rule, where q=1, 2, 3 or 4; and sequentially selecting a bit sequence of a specified length from a predefined starting position in a bit sequence in the circular buffer and taking the bit sequence of the specified length as a bit sequence to be transmitted.
