摘要: The present disclosure is directed to an aerosol delivery device and a holder for use with a removable substrate cartridge. In one implementation, the holder may include a main body having a mouthend and a rotating end portion. The main body may define a receiving compartment configured to receive at least a portion of the cartridge proximate a distal end of the main body. The main body may further define an aerosol passage extending from the receiving portion through the mouthend. The rotating end portion may be configured to rotate to and from an open position, in which the rotating end portion is turned outward so as to provide access to the receiving compartment, and a use position, in which the rotating end portion is turned inward so as to cover the heat source of an inserted cartridge.

摘要: The present disclosure provides, in one embodiment, an electronic smoking device comprising a mouthpiece; a vaporizer portion in communication with the mouthpiece; a filter cartridge assembly in communication with the mouthpiece; an inlet check valve; and an outlet check valve. The vaporizer portion comprises a heating element for heating a smoking material housed within the vaporizer portion. The inlet check valve permits air to be inhaled from the vaporizer portion into the mouthpiece, but substantially prohibits air from being exhaled through the mouthpiece into the vaporizer portion. The outlet check valve permits air to be exhaled through the mouthpiece into the filter cartridge assembly, but substantially prohibits air from being inhaled from the filter cartridge assembly into the mouthpiece.

In various implementations, the aerosol delivery devices comprise a control device that includes a battery, a control component, and an outer housing that defines receiving chamber, and a cartridge that includes a mouthpiece portion, a tank that contains a liquid composition, and a heater configured to heat the liquid composition. The cartridge and the control device each include at least one connector configured to provide a magnetic and an electrical connection between the cartridge and the control device such that the cartridge can be removably and operatively received into the cartridge receiving chamber of the control body, wherein the at least one connector of the cartridge is located on the mouthpiece portion.

The smoking device comprises a glass housing having lower and upper open end portions and an inner portion. The smoking device further comprises an auger comprising a first end portion engaged with the rear body portion of the body and a second end portion extending within the glass housing to form a bowl area. Rotation of the body causes the auger to rotate and the smoking material to be moved upward thru the glass housing to the bowl area where it is ignited by a lighter or other heat source.
