摘要: The present invention is a climbing hold for removably securing on a mounting surface or a climbing wall. The climbing hold comprises a hold body, a surface conforming member integrated with the hold body, and a fastening means. The surface conforming member is made of a pliable material with physical characteristics that impart tear-resistance, enhanced frictional properties, abrasion-resistance, and elasticity. The hold body is made of a gripping material suitable for climbing. The surface conforming member is positioned to abut the mounting surface. The fastening means is then used for removably mounting the climbing hold on the mounting surface, whereby the surface conforming member deforms and conforms to any unique texture and shape of the mounting surface, which results in a substantial gapless interface between the climbing hold and the mounting surface.

摘要: A slide and process of using the slide for humans' amusement, recreation and entertainment. The slide is an inflatable apparatus comprising a slide device and an airbag device. The slide device is an inflatable bag having a slide segment. The airbag device has a bottom bag separated into sections by vented baffles. The bottom bag is interconnected to top bags in the form of crumple tubes' which in turn are connected to a top cover sheet. In use, a person slides off the end of the slide segment and free falls to the airbag device.

摘要: A recreational structure, such as a trampoline frame, can be quickly and reliably assembled using a coupling member generally having a “T” configuration. A first arm member and a second arm member are disposed in an opposite relationship with each other. The first and second arm members each receive one end of a horizontal frame member of the recreational structure. The third arm member includes flange members that receive one end of a vertical frame member of the recreational structure and one end of a vertical pole member of, for example, a safety enclosure.

摘要: A climbing structure comprises a plurality of climbing units secured to a pole. The climbing units are made from interengageable members having different climbing elements. Hence, many different climbing units can be formed from a set of a few climbing elements. The climbing elements can be varied along the pole such that, near ground level, the climbing elements comprise foot rests. Further up, the climbing elements can comprise steps or a combination of steps and handgrips. If the pole is arced, the climbing elements along the upper portion (or generally horizontal portion) of the pole, can comprise primarily handgrips. Additionally, the climbing units themselves can be assembled together and mounted to the pole using a variety of structures. They can, for example require a hole to be formed in the pole and can be placed at only discrete locations along the pole. Alternatively, they can rely on a clamping mechanism and can be placed at any desired position along the pole.

摘要: A wall-climbing accessory adapted for mounting onto a wall structure is described. The wall-climbing accessory comprises a resilient body that is flexible. The resilient body comprises an exterior surface and an edge. The exterior surface is configured to provide an engagement point capable of supporting a climber of the wall structure, whereby a climber may scale a wall structure by using the wall-climbing accessory. The edge is configured to substantially engage the wall structure such that, when affixed, the resilient body and edge impart a torsion force to the wall structure such that a flexible, friction fit is formed between the wall-climbing accessory and the wall structure. The wall-climbing accessory use only one primary fastener to attach to the wall structure and thus is less prone to rotation than prior art climbing holds. Furthermore, the resilient body is flexible and lighter when compared to prior art climbing holds.

摘要: An artificial climbing tree assembly consisting of one or more artificial climbing trees will be constructed of a steel pipe or tubular framework, in segments or welded together, covered with molded segments having the outward appearance of a natural tree trunk texture. The trees will be attached to a base plate with a central support tower housing a safety belaying and repelling system. The unique safety incorporated into the invention is created by the inclination of the trees away from the top of the central support tower. A tether line attaches from the back of the climber to the top of the tree through a pulley system in the extension arm to the safety belaying and repelling system housed by the central support tower. The climbers are required to climb the face of the trees, where if they let go, they will fall away from the tree and will be slowly lowered by the safety belaying and repelling system to the foam-cushioned pad below. Varying degrees of climbing difficulty will be added to the trees by changing the textured surface, the shape of the tree trunks, and/or the inclination angle of the tree away from the top of the central support tower.

摘要: Collapsible structures are provided having at least one lower panel, each panel having a foldable frame member having a folded and an unfolded orientation, with a fabric material substantially covering the frame member to form the panel when the frame member is in the unfolded orientation. The fabric assumes the unfolded orientation of its frame member, and each panel further includes a first side, a second side, a bottom side and a top side. The first side of one panel is coupled to the second side of an adjacent panel. The collapsible structure according to the present invention further includes an upper panel having a bottom side coupled to the top side of one of the lower panels. In other embodiments, at least two upper panels are provided, with the upper panels provided above the lower panels. The respective panels can be coupled to each other using stitching and/or detachable connectors, or by crossing the frame members of the panels at adjacent left, right, top or bottom sides.
